Lago Vista är en underbar 3 sovrum, 2 1/2 bad, timmerstuga som ligger inbäddat på en vacker skogsbelagd mycket vid sjön. Rock shoreline är 150 meter från stugan. Sjöutsikt är begränsat på sommaren men helt fantastiskt under vintermånaderna. Njut av att lyssna på båtar och vatten under kabinen. Alla lövträd och kakel golv, takfläktar, sten spis, granit bänkskivor och välvda tak. Denna vackra stuga sover 6 och är väl inrett. Sovrummet har king size-säng och jacuzzi badkar. Stugan har en stor / öppen planlösning, brädspel, WiFi, plattskärms-HD-TV med kabel och DVD-spelare, CD-spelare, bordsfotbänk, vedeldad spis, privat däck med mysiga skogsområden, litet bord och en kolgrill. Köket är fyllt för en kock. Gemenskapens lekplats och golfbana 6 miles från stugan. Stor 3/4 wrap-around veranda och utomhus eldstaden. Privat community båt ramp gångavstånd 1/4 mil från stugan. Hurricane Marina och I-40 är bara 15 minuters bilresa och nära till stad för bekvämlighet. Detta är en stor upprepa semester plats för familjen. Denna vackra stuga ligger på en landsvägen. Motorcyklar och fordon med mycket låg profil bör vara försiktiga. Vi rekommenderar att du kör ett fordon med högre profil för lättare åtkomst. Du kan inte starta en båt från gemenskapens båtområde. Det är bra för fiske, simning, lansering av kajaker / kanoter. Det finns ingen båtparkering på denna fastighet.

Nice Getaway

Having an SUV, it was actually fun to go up the infamous final hill to get to the cabin. I really enjoyed the fireplace, and the cabin was as advertised. Nice view of the lake at sunrise, and it was a great place to get away.

Daughters birthdays weekend

Great home! Very clean! House was exactly what we needed. Beds were very comfortable. The checknout process was simple and easy to follow. Everything was as advertised. Drive up was a definirn up reareading past reviews.

Serene Stay With a Few Bumps Along the Way (literally!!)

It’s a peaceful place to unplug, just come prepared for a little adventure getting up that last hill!!!The cabin comfortably accommodated up to 8 guests with plenty of beds and bedrooms for a large group. The kitchen was impressively stocked with utensils, pots, and pans—great for home cooking during our stay. A private hot tub on the porch, perfect for unwinding in the quiet, peaceful surroundings.The location is ideal if you're looking for solitude. Very quiet and remote. The management company was responsive via text. While the issues we raised weren’t resolved during our visit, communication was prompt. We arrived to a well-cooled home; the HVAC worked efficiently and kept the space comfortable.There were dead spiders on the bedroom carpet and the second bathroom sink was retaining water. The management company responded they would fix it after our visit. The outdoor grill was dirty and had to be thoroughly cleaned before we could use it.As others have mentioned, the mattresses need attention—worn, dented, and lacking support. The road leading up to the cabin was extremely steep and rugged. VERY BUMPY!!! Even with a heavy-duty truck, it felt more like off-roading.A warning - the lake view is obstructed by trees from the cabin. You can catch a clear glimpse by walking downhill, but it’s not immediately visible from the porch or windows.

Beautiful views! Need a new drive! Must have SUV to get up last incline! Previous reviews spot on. Bed’s upstairs need updated. Sink in in the middle. Kitchen was easy to have Thanksgiving dinner! Hot tub was awesome

Dirty Hilltop

This property was at the top of a mountain that took 30 minutes to get to from the main road. The road went from a two-lane road to a one lane road that my husband described as a goat trail. When you met another vehicle head on, there was nowhere for either vehicle to go. The last section to get to the property was a dirt incline that was so steep we wouldn't have gotten up it had we not been driving a four wheel drive truck. The house was not clean. You could see that the table had not been wiped down as it had rings on it from a bowl. There was something on the floor that looked like a cocoa puff, the ice bucket in the freezer was filthy, and the tub obviously was not cleaned as there was hair all around the inside of it. We were so disappointed we left on Monday morning after only getting there Friday evening. I do not recommend this property to anyone.

March getaway

Everything was great well stocked with everything we needed. Only complaint was what I am assuming was remnants of glass from the fireplace door that was on the floor and one chair. The stay was wonderful and relaxing.

A Great Cabin on the Lake

This comfortable cabin kept us cool after our adventures during the heat wave. Well stocked and nice furniture. We enjoyed our time. That road right before arriving the cabin needs attention. It should be just turned to gravel and the concrete pulled out. Big ledges and holes to traverse. As the listing said DO NOT rent this if you have a low clearance vehicle. Luckily we had 4x4 trucks.

Great Cabin with a Hot Tub

Direct TV was set with parental controls so we couldn't watch anything over PG13. Also the TV in the mail level master bedroom didn't work. Hot tub was great. Would stay here again

Great Weekend Getaway

My wife and I live a little closer to Nashville, so this was a perfect weekend get away for us and a quick drive. Cabin is nicely furnished and very homey. The master bed was way too hard for my taste and the water was a little too low in the hot tub to run the jets without splashing, but were still quite satisfied with our stay. The cabin was nice and quiet and relatively private, the lake is visibile from the cabin. After you're off the main highway, that last couple miles of road does turn to a one lane paved and then kinda transitions to a private gravel drive going up to the cabin. We were fine in the Fusion but familiar and comfortable navigating that. Not unusal at all to see a gravel drive up a hill or mountain in rural TN. Great cabin!

Misleading Views and location but still a nice Cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very Nice Cabin. Very Rough Road leading to it. Don't expect to walk to the water easily based on the pictures they provide of the lake. Could not see the lake from our cabin (Possibly in deep winter when no leaves are on the trees) Queen bed is worn out and you sink towards the middle of the mattress making it difficult for 2 people to sleep in it. Well stocked and the Hot Tub is suitable for up to 4 people comfortably.

A little disappointed

They main reason I rented this place was for the hot tub. I was ice cold when we checked in Friday, we increased the heat and the next morning it was still ice cold. Maintenace came but we still cook not use it until morning we checked out. The shower in the master bath was not working right so we had to use the upstairs bath it had no towels just a hand towel and wash cloth. The road leading to the house is very bad.

Nice Getaway

The drive to it is very secluded, but that was great for us and why we came. Only issue we ran across was that the water access area shown in photos was dirty (broken bottles, old tire) so perhaps if that is advertised as part of the experience, I would suggest maintaining to some degree? It also might be time to replace some of the kid toys, most are broken, but that didn't hurt our experience. The hot tub with big wrap around porch was a kid and adult favorite alike.

Clean cabin

The cabin was very clean! We booked this cabin because it had a hot tub, however, we could not enjoy the hot tub because the chemicals were SO strong that our eyes were burning and it took the color out of our bathing suits. As a result, we only spent about 5 minutes in the hot tub and didn’t get in again. Also, the beds are super uncomfortable, to the point of the mattress sinking in the middle. The kitchen was described as a chef’s kitchen, but there were no oven mits, or pot holders, no dish cloths and only two kitchen towels. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves, but were very disappointed by not being able to utilize the hot tub.
