We poured our heart into updating Camp Vista Falls, preserving its storied, rustic coziness and historic details while adding all the comforts of today. • Cascading creek and falls (drought dependent) on the northern side of property, down a ravine
• Close to all--skiing, hiking, restaurants, Phoenicia, Woodstock, Mt Tremper and more
• Yard is unfenced and a slight hill, so dogs and children should be supervised. Eastern border is the private drive for our house and our two neighbors.
• Our creek is down a steep ravine and over the old stone fence and would require some adventurous scrambling to access. It is not swimmable.
