Discover our charming duplex. Our residence has everything you need for your stay in WDM. Located 5 minutes from Jordan Creek. On-site laundry, a huge living room/dining room with setting for 4 , Smart TV, nice kitchen. Sleeps 5. Quiet neighborhood with parking available for multiple vehicles in the driveway. Close to some of the best WDM restaurants - Cool Basil, Waterfront Seafood Market and Cafe, among others. Only 10 minutes from Downtown.

Our duplex is nestled in a serene residential neighborhood, you'll find it easy to explore West Des Moines with popular shopping and dining options nearby. Enjoy the best of both worlds - a quiet retreat and city convenience.
Main shared covered entrance.
The left side of the duplex is all yours. Deck outside to share and back yard.
The driveway to the Left of the home is all yours.
This is a duplex. You have access to the entire side of the house you rented, the parking lot on the left side of the house and a shared yard and front deck.
Getting around couldn't be easier. Whether you prefer exploring the city by foot, bike or ride share, there is great public transit, bike lanes, even downtown sky walks to avoid bad weather! And of course Uber is only a text away.
Shared main covered entrance with invidual entrance doors. Yours is on the Left!
