Very conveniently located. Easy beach access and many restaurants. Parking was very convenient, adjacent to the property. Check in instructions could have been more detailed as we arrived at night and weren’t sure how to access the property.

Thank you for the great review! We're so glad the location, beach access, and parking all worked well for you. We're sorry the nighttime arrival was a little confusing — our full check-in instructions go out by both text and email ahead of arrival, so it's possible they landed in a spam folder or got missed in the shuffle. We'll always resend them anytime, day or night. We'd love to host you again!

Seaside Getaway

The property location could not be more perfect. The check-in process was easy and the employee checking us in was very helpful. The condo definitely needs some updating. There are several areas that need to be attended to. Thank you.

We'll be back!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental experience was fantastic! Huge shout out to the young lady, our host, who moved her car so we could get a parking spot! Once parked, we dis not leave in our car again until we packed up and left. Plenty to do and see on foot and by the complimentary bicycles! We have visited Seaside several times kver the years, this is one of our favorite places to stay!

Disappointing. The location and AC were great. Dirty, Outdated, No Smart TV, Staircase is dangerous, no handrail, unfortunately, both main bath and 1/2 bath on 1st level so you had to use the stairs more than if master was upstairs. Kitchen, den and eat in areas all upstairs thru a tiny circular staircase. You could barely get up with 1 bag of groceries. Plumbing was horrible, out dated, no pressure, water came out of the master sink at 45 degree angle into sink. Trash drawer was falling off. I believe everything in the unit was original except appliances were good. 1st bad experience in seaside in 20 yrs. The host was good and was able to get internet up and running. Easy checkin at the on-site mgmt office. Parking is with a pass to be used at parking designated meter parking, although it was included. The location is perfect, right above the market store and across the street from beach access.

Many positives with some negatives.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seaside is my favorite beach town. I love that my condo was overlooking the square. The condo was great although there were some issues; I didn't have AC the first day, there was no water pressure in the bathroom sink & the spiral stairs was very difficult to get up and down.
Svar från VrboOwner 26 juni 2024
Thank you for providing this review. I'm very sorry the ac failure in the MS building impacted your stay and we will check on the water pressure issue you experienced. Also, please feel free to call our reservations department to book they are very familiar with our homes and can let you know when a home has a spiral stair case. We hope to welcome your family back to Seaside again soon.

Great Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cork the Whine was a wonderful location for my beach stay. The view from the balcony was the my favorite. The accommodations were good. The ice machine was broken my full stay and maintenance never fixed it but Homeowners was kind enough to bring me ice on three occasions. For the price, I do think some updates to the cottage are needed. There is just wear and tear on the place but nothing broken or unsanitary. Overall it was a great stay.

Both loved & struggled with the location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We both loved & struggled with the location! It's close to everything! But because of that it was very loud at night and very early in the morning. Every morning at 6am they pressure wash the sidewalks directly below the unit. Also, the "sofa bed" isn't really much of a bed. Our daughter had to sleep on the couch as when you unfold the "bed" it laid directly on the ground and you couldn't put a sheet on it. The unit was well stocked, clean and in an amazing location! We loved having the Market right next door.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic location and the Homeowners Collection really is a great alternative to the other vacation rental platforms. Their customer service alone sets them apart. The 1 bedroom place is adequately cooled via window unit airconditioners, but truth be told I hadnt operated one since the dive apartment I rented in college. The location cannot be beat; you really are in the heart of Seaside. However its been a minute since the unit has been "refreshed" and there are some signs of that such as the dry rot around the window sills and paint stains in the upperlevel around the kitchen area. All of that said, I would recommend staying at this condo and would definitely recommend utilizing The Homeowners Collection for your next vacation rental.
Svar från VrboOwner 29 aug. 2024
