Welcome to Summer Winds Sports Condo Complex located in the quaint fishing village of Salter Path (next to Emerald Isle). Summer Winds condos are guaranteed to meet the needs of all members in your party! Summer Winds has both direct oceanfront & oceanfront condos only!

Summer Winds B-332 is a Direct Oceanfront Condo with 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths located on the 3rd Floor. Large open Living Area with Flat Screen TV and Oceanview views! Large open Dining Room facing Ocean. The kitchen has a dishwasher, ice maker & microwave. Master Bedroom has King Bed & Bath; Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed; Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed; Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed. 2 Color Cable TVs, 2 Color Cable Flat Screen TVs, 2 DVD Players, Stereo with CD Player. Central Heat & Air. Washer/Dryer. Covered Deck off Living/Dining/Master Bedroom with Furniture. Beach Chairs.
NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.
Linens & Towels Provided with Beds Made! (Weekly stays only)
No Smoking. No Pets.
Rents weekly only from Saturday to Saturday.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
