The Master bedroom has a California King Sleep Number bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds along with a conversion kit connecting them to make a king bed, if desired. A desk, printer, and comfortable chair are also provided for remote or other computer work.

Sea Isles has deeded access to the beach to the right side of the Silver Sands building across the street. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are located in a ground-level storage room, a women’s and men’s bicycle and two kayaks are also available (subject to terms and conditions for use). Or choose to relax by the new, heated, salt water pool just a few short steps from the condo or cookout on the nearby community grill.

The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a dishwasher, microwave, KitchenAid professional stand mixer, regular and Keurig coffee makers, dishware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, BBQ tools, waffle maker, toaster, slow cooker and more. Large walk-in closet and washer/dryer room.
