Each bedroom has a streaming TV, and wifi is provided. For guests who stay 30 days or more, we offer monthly cleaning services free of charge.

There are many conveniences within 5 min. of the home., including grocery stores, restaurants, gyms, libraries, night life, and UALR. There are wood floors throughout the home, with the exception of the restroom and kitchen, and it is fully furnished. There is a covered porch in front and a large fenced backyard in back. Pets are allowed within the home, and there is a large fenced backyard that is perfect for outside pets. The house is nicely shaded, has central heating and air and all major appliances. All utilities are paid. The home is within 5 miles of all major Little Rock hospitals, with easy access to I-430 and I-630. There are many conveniences within 5 min. of the home, including grocery stores, restaurants and food trucks, gyms, libraries, night life, and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

For your extra peace of mind, we provide protective mattress and pillow covers. There is a one time cleaning fee with optional free biweekly cleanings available for the duration of your stay.
