The downstairs area comprises three bedrooms, including a primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with a twin over full bunk, and a third bedroom with a twin daybed and trundle. The oversized mudroom includes a washer/dryer and a convenient half bath.

Moving to the second story, you'll find a loft area, a full bathroom, and two additional bedrooms—both with a queen bed and one has a workstation and a crib. The home is well-equipped for children with amenities like high chair seats, booster seats, and bassinets.

Step outside to a large back patio with a propane BBQ, perfect for outdoor gatherings. Conveniently located in Columbia Falls, the property is close to shopping and restaurants on Nucleus Ave and just a short drive to Glacier National Park. The Flathead River is across the street, accessible via a community walking trail.

If you are visiting in July, we highly recommend you take a drive down the east side of Highway 35 and stop at a local cherry stand to try some Flathead Lake Cherries!

Huckleberries.. They are USUALLY in season in July. If we had a crazy winter, they may not be ready until August. IF you are here while they are in season, grab some pancake mix and huckleberries from the store and make some huckleberry pancakes!
