You will love this beautiful newly remodeled 3 bedroom penthouse condo! It is the perfect place to call your Cabo Vacation spot! You will love the private rooftop access with unobstructed ocean views from the bedrooms, living room, and rooftop.

When you enter Casa Soul, you will love the open floorplan to the dining area, living room area, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked for those that love to cook or if you want to book chef services for your Cabo stay!

There is the main master bedroom to the right side that provides an ensuite bathroom. You will love the large open space and private door to the main terrace area. To the left of the living room area, is the 2nd master bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom and then the guest bedroom. There is the laundry room as well and a guest bathroom.

The best part is the large expansive terrace with plenty of seating available for your entire group to relax and enjoy the sunrises! There is a spiral staircase that goes to the rooftop that offers additional seating and loungers for relaxation! This is one of the only condos with a private grill on the patio.

The community offers a gym onsite and tennis court. There is a large community pool with loungers and area for seating and BBQing.

Hoping for a return trip!

Our family had an excellent time at this well appointed property. Very comfortable and roomy. Quiet and clean surroundings. We enjoyed the pools, hot tubs, pickleball courts and gym ( with very good equipment!). We are hoping to come back again!

Las Mañanitas Penthouse

The condo was beautiful. It was full of art that you could look at for days. The ocean view was incredible, we watched whales every day. It is close to great eating places and the grocery store. Had a wonderful time in a beautiful place.

Absolutely loved the unit. Bedrooms and living area furnishings were very comfortable for all the guests. Location is awesome for both beach activities as well as shopping and restaurants. We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas. Our stay was made even more memorable by the near perfect Cabo weather.We hated leaving and hope to return.

Amazing condo

Absolutely amazing stay. The description and the pictures are 100% accurate. We have stayed in this complex in the past and love the location. The condo was extremely clean, spectacular views and very comfortable for the family. The hosts for the condo were absolutely awesome. Check in was a breeze and when an issue came up they were able to handle it immediately. Great place to stay. I highly recommend.

Dream accommodations! WOW the VIEW!

Fantastic condo property! Generous in size, plenty of room to enjoy yourselves without feeling cramped. Beautifully decorated! Sitting on the large deck and enjoying the view of the ocean with whales breeching, was our favorite part. Great amenities with 3 pools to chose from. The condo staff keeps the grounds impeccable! Short walk to La Comier for groceries. Also walked and ate at Tap Deck and Lateral Tacos - both fantastic! Highly recommend this condo! You can't go wrong.

Family Vacation

Amazing, clean, up to date , property. The pool, the gym, the beach were quiet and beautiful. The staff are all very friendly. If you follow the rules and respect the property and the owners/others around you, the security will do the same towards you. It is a very safe place. My husband ran in the neighborhood and you will see many others walking and biking the designated paths. We saw whales breaching from the condo… multiple times!! The grocery store is short drive and DELICIOUS and healthy restaurants are either a short drive or walking distance. Victor and Kristen are amazing and EASY to work with. Everything YOU NEED to make a beautiful meal is in the gorgeous kitchen. Beach chairs, towels, washer and dryer and more are there for you. This is not a party location. it is a well maintained, calm, relaxing home. Parking was easy, and there is an elevator available. Remember you are on the top floor, so be kind to the neighbors below… 😉. The property was PERFECT for this family of 7… plenty of room to spread out and have alone time if needed. Thank you for allowing us to use this home. Beautiful place and beautiful people.
