Riverside Heights and "The Heights" in general in Tampa is a collection of historice neighborhoods with an ever present growth of the best family and private owned restaurants, bars, cafes and venues. Centrally located, one can easily access Ybor City, Raymond James Stadium, Water Street, Armature Works and more in just 10 minutes or less, while other areas of interest like USF, Moffitt Cancer Center, Lettuce Lake Park, Hillsborough River State Park, Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are within 15-25 minutes away.

Kentucky Star offers two separate guest houses, each with their own kitchens and unique bedrooms and bathrooms, which share the central swimming pool and outdoor space. The entire property is rented as one, so it is perfect for groups or families who wish to have some privacy but remain together as a group. Great for retreats as well, there are specific areas or yoga or meditation, and for corporate of business travelers there is enough separation to remain private yet many social areas to be shared. It's extremely unique for the area and the location is unbeatable!
