A great place to stay! Parking was easy. The Cap and lots of restaurants are within easy walking distance. Dave's place was clean and comfortable.Will book again next time I visit the Cap!

Great stay - walking distance to train & Capitol Theatre, fun NYC decor, most comfortable mattresses ever, nice air flow, spacious and with everything we needed, good communication with owner. Would absolutely stay again!!!

Perfect space for a group of 4 adults

Perfect spot for our small group to stay for a show at the Capitol. Clean, sophisticated and well laid out. Only about 6 blocks from the theater and the heart of Port Chester. We will definitely be staying there again!

The place was more than advertised! Dave was beyond attentive and responsive. Everything you would hope to have as an owner while enjoying the stay! The place was close to everything which also made it convenient. Will be back again soon. Thanks for everything Dave!

Great Place, Fantastic Location

I was up in Port Chester for two concerts at the Capital Theatre. You could not ask for a better location. The apartment was fantastic. Spacious, clean, with all the amenities you could need, everything was spotless. And the price was more than reasonable. Highly recommended

Pet friendly and clean

In the area for a family reunion. It's often hard to find a pet friendly rental and harder to find one that is clean. This is both! Renters without pets would never know pets were allowed. Fit our needs perfectly. The indoor parking garage was a big bonus. Check in/check out was easy. We would stay again

Perfect location for a show at The Cap

It was very clean. The furniture is very comfortable. We had trouble seeing the number on the building and had trouble getting in (most likely a user error due to a long, stressful drive) but the host answered immediately and was able to walk us through everything. The location is perfect! Walking distance to The Capitol Theater and many places to eat. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable apartment very close to Capitol theater

Dave was helpful and communicative when booking and we had a wonderful experience at his Port Chester apartment. There are two cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a wonderful kitchen/living area. Everything was very comfortable and clean and most conveniently, we were only a 5-minute walk from the Capitol theater which was wonderful for attending a show. I would highly recommend this property for anyone attending a show at the Capitol theater or spending some time in Port Chester.

Beautiful

The condo was spacious and clean, loved the patio I drank coffee on the patio. The Capitol Theatre where my niece was getting married was in walking distance. Beautiful neighborhood where the condo is located. We didn't have to drive the vehicle the whole time we were there, we walked everywhere. I would recommend this place for anyone wanting to walk to eat or shop and not drive.

While the proximity to the Capital Theatre is nice and close, this is not the place to stay if you are celebrating from out of town. The host was not as accommodating as we had hoped. We tried to be as transparent as possible when we let the host know we wanted to have a couple friends stay with us. Very stressful situation leading up to when we were to check in. The beds are uncomfortable, otherwise the apartment is spacious and clean.

The guest booked the property for 2 guests in June and then told me a week before checking in that there was gonna be 2 more guests. What hotel is going to allow 2 people to stay in a room after this booked for 2 people for free lol. The guests wanted to check in 2 hours before check in time as well and left a mess in the unit upon leaving. Look at my reviews,I have never had a complaint in 2 years.

Great spot for a show at the Capital

We spent a couple nights in this cozy condo. It was clean and comfortable, and exactly what we needed for the weekend. It was a short walk to the Capital Theater with several restaurants along the way which had fantastic food! The host checked in with us to make sure we had no issues, and was responsive prior to us getting there when we messaged him. All in all it was an excellent experience, and we will definitely be returning the next time we have tickets to the Capital. Ps- The fish tank was a very nice addition, and definitely helped us to relax! Thanks for such a great stay !
