"La Petite Penthouse" är en juvelliknande andra våningshus i varvet vid Truman Annex, ett gated community beläget i hjärtat av Gamla stan i Key West. Du är bara några steg från Mallory Square, Duval Street och alla attraktioner som Key West har att erbjuda. Ändå får du all den lugn och ro som följer med ett gated community.

Vardagsrummet i "La Petite Penthouse" har dubbla franska dörrar som öppnar sig mot balkongen så att du kan njuta av de underbara tropiska vindarna och en stor Hi-Def-platt-TV för de kvällarna när du behöver en paus från spänningen i Gamla stan . Den bakre balkongen vetter mot de frodiga tropiska träden som omger gemenskapens pool. Inuti finns det ett matbord med plats för 4, och det finns också matplats för fyra på balkongen. Köket är fullt utrustat för att tillfredsställa den mest krävande kocken och har en fransk dörr till den främre balkongen.

Loved the front and back porches! Nice and clean, liked that there was a washer and dryer. Beds are comfy, shower is nice and hot, even after 3 other people! Plenty of kitchen supplies and the couch napped well! 😘 Probably very walkable but it was very hot so we took the golf cart. 😎 Would definitely return! ❤️

Convenient

This was a wonderful stay at La Petit! We didn’t even rent a car because everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. All the food that you would ever want to eat along with music and shopping. Many beaches also within walking distance. There is a front and back porch so you can either be in or out of the sun during the day along with a heated pool during the day. Would definitely stay at this VRBO again.

The property is located just 2 blocks from Duvall and easy walking distance to many restaurants and bars. We had a great experience with the property and would stay again for sure.

Great property, greater customer service

The unit is perfectly located and, while being truly "petit", was a good fit for 4 adults. The one hiccup was the AC went down while we were out and about one day. We arrived home about 8pm and discovered the problem. We called the emergency manager phone number and a service person was on location and the unit fixed in a couple of hours so we never were inconvenienced. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful property, Excellent Location

Loved our stay at this property. Location was within walking distance to Fort Taylor, Mallory Square, Duval Street etc. Very clean, perfect retreat for a few days of fun in the sun!

Great Property

Awesome location, could walk to everywhere wanted to be. Lots of good and cool restaurants very close. Property exactly as expected, had everything we needed plus conveniences, and with two decks always a nice place to enjoy relaxing outside.

Fantastic Trip!

This unit is lovely! Perfect for two couples or a small family. We loved that it was quiet, but close enough to walk to stores, restaurants and sites. For families, the playground and splashpad down the street are great as is the proximity to the beach. If we come back to Key West in the future, we would definitely stay here again.

Nice Place and Great Location

Property was great. Very little noise, clean, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Great location between Duval Street and Fort Zach Beach, walking distance to both.

La Petite Penthouse

We stayed at La Petite Penthouse. It was perfect for our family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 kids. Close to everything and in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Shel was so helpful in addressing all our needs and went above and beyond to help and make us feel special when we encountered a small problem. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Key West. Thank you Shel and Last Key Realty for making our long awaited vacation so special!

Great location in Key West

This condo is very clean and quiet. Conveniently located within walking distance to tons of restaurants and bars... but far enough away that you don’t hear it once you get home. Property manager, Shel was great and answered any questions we had very quickly. Also very close to the pool which was nice. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect spot in Key West

First: the unit was spotless. Well equipped. Everything worked. Comfortable bed. Nice linens. Excellent water pressure. It was the nicest rental I have had in Key West. Dealing with Last Key Realty was a breeze.
