Roger's Place is the perfect spot for large groups! This historic 2-story bungalow offers 6 bedrooms, 2.5 baths & ample free parking. Pets are welcome! Conveniently located on Btown's south side, just a 3.6-mile drive from IU & Downtown. You'll also find yourself mins from the Bloomington Country Club & B-Line Trail. Sleeping-1 king, 1 twin bunk, 2 twin air mattresses, 2 full, & 1 queen. Amenities include a W/D & free WiFi You'll love the cozy atmosphere & abundance of space to enjoy your stay.
Welcome to our Superhost Airbnb! Our adorable bungalow is pet friendly (with a $250 pet fee) and offers free WiFi, a workspace, a coffee bar, and crisp white linens throughout. All the furnishings are new, and the location is perfect for an easy Uber ride to downtown.
As you step inside, you'll find an open living/dining/kitchen area, ideal for relaxing and spending time together.
Each of the 6 bedrooms has been thoughtfully furnished for a restful night's sleep, with soft linens, fans, and chargers. The two-story layout provides ample space for family and friends to spread out and have fun. And don't forget the vintage porch swing, large yard, and plenty of free parking!
The main level features 4 bedrooms (1 king, 1 twin bunk bed, 1 queen, 1 full), the living space, open dining room, kitchen, and 2.5 baths. A staircase in the back entryway leads upstairs to a bunk nook that sleeps 2 (on 2 twin comfy air mattresses, recommended for ages 10 and up), a cozy family room with a TV, a kitchenette (sink, microwave, mini-fridge), a full bath, and another bedroom with a full bed.
Explore downtown or walk/bike the B-line trail, just minutes away! We offer 5 free parking spaces onsite and free WiFi.
Cleanliness is our top priority. We take pride in maintaining our property and ensuring everything is in tip-top shape before your arrival.
For dining, we recommend Switchyard Brewing Company, C3, Janko's, Malibu Grill, Farm, and Uptown Cafe. For pizza delivery, try Pizza X, Aver's Pizza, or Baldy's.
