Welcome to the Heart of Missoula Townhome. This modern, bright, and stylish home sits in the most prime downtown location, just steps from river trails, farmerâs markets, festivals, music venues, restaurants, breweries, and bars. The University of Montana campus is just a 10-15 minute walk along the river and across a footbridge.
Built in 2018, this modern townhome boasts over 1,800 Sq.Ft. with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an attached garage. Nearly floor to ceiling windows bring light through the living area to the open concept kitchen. The balcony features a gas powered Weber grill and overlooks the Clark Fork river and Mount Sentinel. Two bedrooms, including the master with ensuite and laundry room, are located on the top floor. The picture windows are continued in the master bedroom and the ensuite includes a double vanity and a tiled walk-in shower with modern finishes. The third bedroom, featuring a full size / double bed, is located on the lower level, with a full bathroom adjacent.
This smart home has fully automated window shades, central a/c & heat powered by Nest thermostats, a 65 Inch Sony LED TV, Apple TVs in the living room & master bedroom, integrated USB outlets for your charging convenience.
Guests have access to the entire townhome and private balcony. There is a single parking space in the attached garage, which is suitable for compact vehicles & mid-sized SUVs.
There is also free street parking in front, and nearby parking garages.
We offer self check-in by keypad and youâll have complete privacy during your stay. We live in town just a few minutes away should you need us and weâre always available via text/phone to answer any questions. We love Missoula and would be happy to give our recommendations.

Our home features a single attached garage with direct access into the home. There is also street parking out front, and a nearby parking garage.
Rules and Regulations:
This is a residential community and there are protective covenants and rules and regulations that apply (âRulesâ). Your failure to abide by these Rules could result in significant penalties being imposed upon us, as the owner of the townhome, by the homeowners association. It is therefore necessary that we inform you of these Rules and require you to abide by them. By booking the townhome, you agree that you and your co-occupants and guests will abide by these Rules at all times and that your failure to abide by these Rules could result in the immediate cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.
Maximum Occupancy. The home may not be occupied by more than six adults at any time.
No Parties. There are no parties or events allowed at any time.
Quiet Hours. Loud noise (e.g., loud music, gatherings on the balcony and other exterior areas) is prohibited between the hours of 11:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M.
No Pets. No pets or animals are permitted in the townhome at any time.
No Smoking. There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property, inside or outside, and this includes the balcony and rear driveway. If there is a need to smoke, this must be done outside the property boundaries.
Parking. No parking is permitted in the driveway and no vehicles may be left unattended in the driveway at any time. Vehicles in violation of these rules may be towed at the vehicle ownerâs expense.
General nuisances. No person may engage in any noxious, offensive or illegal activity at the property, and no person may do anything that might become an unreasonable annoyance or nuisance to any homeowner.
