There is a strict no pets policy at this property.

Please note the boat ramp at the house is strictly not for guest use. Guests are required to use the boat ramp at Lake Murray Dam (free) or Jake's Landing (paid). Any use of the house boat ramp or damage to the lawn will incur additional costs.

Also note that there is a Ring doorbell camera at front door, Ring camera on the front of the house pointing towards the driveway, and a Ring camera on the back of the house pointing towards the backyard/dock. There are noise monitors in the living room (does not record). All are active.

The owner's boat is stored on one side of the dock and is NOT for use. Please use the other side.

We are very close to the water - expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open.
