This listing is for Suite № 1 AND Suite № 2 and has a capacity of 28 adult guests. If a smaller capacity is needed, these two private units can be rented separately to comfortably sleep 14 per suite.

Secure garage parking is available at no additional cost. Garage is able to accommodate [2] cars or mid sized SUVs. Full size SUVs and extended vans will unfortunately not fit. Additional paid parking is available in the lot across the street.
This unit does not have elevator access and is not handicap accessible.
The property at Hotel Residential consists of two side by side private lofts that are connected only by a common building entryway. When renting both suites guests will have access to the entire property including two large suites, parking, laundry, and vending machines.
