On the lower level, there are two private suites, one apartment includes a queen bedroom and a full bathroom, while the other offers another queen size bed, pull-out sofa bed, bathroom, and a kitchenette. 

Outside, guests can relax and unwind in the fenced and gated turf yard, which features a spacious pool with a heater/chiller. The dock area includes a 15,000 lb boat lift, a floating dock for kayaks, and a built-in outdoor kitchen with a grill, sink, ice machine, and pizza oven. There is also a putting green, corn hole, and ample seating available. This is a prime boater's location as you are provided direct access to the Florida Bay and quick access to the Atlantic Ocean through Tavernier Creek, which has approximately 15’ of clearance.

Located just a short distance from a variety of amazing restaurants, you'll never go hungry. Old Tavernier, a locals' favorite, has been serving up delicious meals since 1988, making it a must-visit. Cancellation Policy: A one-half (50%) deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is fully refundable, minus any non-refundable fees, if the reservation is cancelled at least 180 days before check-in. If the cancellation occurs within 180 days of the occupancy date, the one-half (50%) reservation deposit shall be non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival, at which point the full reservation becomes non-refundable. However, if we are able to rebook the property for the same dates and rate, a full or partial refund may be issued based on the new booking.
