Detta är enhet # 809 i byggnaden # 8. Du kommer att ha ett fullt möblerat kök, kabel 42in HDTV med DVR / DVD, trådlöst och trådlöst internet, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, enkelsängar i andra sovrummet (kan konvertera till kung). Luftkonditionering i sovrum / vardagsrum och 2: a sovrummet. Du kommer också att ha en oceansid swimmingpool och tennisbana och två bar-b-que-områden. Vad som verkligen gör denna vackra lägenhet sticker ut är dess lättillgänglighet. Beläget på toppen av kullen, helt enkelt köra upp, park, gå ner 4 steg, gå till dörren och steg in. De flesta lägenheter använder parkeringsplatser från enheterna och kräver en trappa för att få samma havsutsikt! Detta är också en enda nivå enhet -Ingen upp och nedför trappor till sängar eller bad!

Du handlar om en minuts promenad till poolen, tennisbanor, bar-b-que-området och sköldpaddans tittar i havet!

Resenärer som avbokar minst 60 dagar före incheckningen kommer tillbaka 100% av det belopp som de har betalat. Om du avbokar mellan 30 och 60 dagar före incheckningen kommer du tillbaka 50%. Efter det, ingen återbetalning om vi inte kan boka om tidsspalten med en annan gäst. Sedan återhämtade hyran kommer att återbetalas. Relaxing convenience

We enjoyed our stay. Property is well equipped with all the necessities. Location is super convenient. Walk to the beach and restaurants. Quiet with a great view. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful place to stay. This place has good accommodations and equipment for the beach!!!

We had comfortable accommodations . Good directions to check in and out. Place was well stocked with beach equipment! Beautiful view on the deck!!

Another fabulous stay

Our stay here was lovely. We enjoyed the stay.

Our stay was beautiful, the Condo was clean and the view and surroundings including the pool quite lovely, fabulous really. The fans and windows kept the air comfortable. It was quiet and very well kept. Had a bit of trouble with the shower knob as it was hard to push in and out. This did not interfere with our impression of our stay. Especially the convenience of the parking. We had a wonderful stay.

Wonderful!

We had a great time in Poipu staying at this condo! It was reasonably priced and had everything we needed for a great vacation. The view of the ocean eating dinner on the lanai was wonderful. I would love to stay again! (The only thing that would make it even better is an updated snorkel because the current one leaked). Thank you so much Don for a wonderful home base to enjoy Kauai!

Kauaian home away from home

Don's place is a perfect island getaway. A peaceful view over green lawn, bright flowers, and through swaying palms to the sea. Even during three days of almost continuous heavy rain we were very comfortable. And Don himself is friendly, fun, and responsive. Highly recommended.

Clean and great A/C

We stayed a couple of nights in July to be closer to Waimea Canyon. The unit is easy to access, just a few steps down from the parking lot. But the back of the unit is elevated, affording great views. There’s great ventilation- possible to have ocean breezes through the living area during the day. We used A/C at night and it was great, too. We were able to cook as needed. The unit was a little hard to find based on instructions because we arrived after dark. It would be clearer to say “Go to the end of Nalo Rd and park upon entering the lot.”

Great Poipu condo with excellent view

This condo has an amazing ocean view and an excellent location within the complex. Parking is right at the front door; no steps to climb with groceries, luggage, etc. or lengthy walk to get to your vehicle. Great wireless and tv service. Very good communication with condo owner.

Great view from living room and master bedroom lanai

Air conditioning worked great! Older unit and met all our needs. Walking distance to Poipu Beach. We walked down for shave ice every day! There are steps down from parking lot and step up into condo! Although with help, my 93 year old mom made it down steps and up into unit. She spent most of her morning in sun on lanai off her bedroom and then transitioned to large lanai in afternoon and evening. Kitchen is well supplied and bathrooms off both bedrooms were nice. Plenty of room for 4.

Another great stay!

This was our 4th stay at #809. We like the unit because it's single level, has a view of the ocean and receives nice breezes because it's at the top of the property. Best of all is the large glass coffee table which is perfect for working on a 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle. It's walking distance to the beach and the local shopping center. The grounds are beautiful and the pool and tennis courts are well maintained. We've already reserved time next year!

Nice view, quiet complex

Nice lanai with great view, quiet complex, large rooms and bathrooms. Washer and dryer are a plus and a/c is good in bedrooms only. It sits up high so the afternoon sun beats down on the living room and bedroom facing West making it very warm in those areas, and you don’t get much of a cross breeze. I think better, updated window coverings would help.

Clean and Comfortable with a Fantastic View

This spacious unit is even nicer than it appears in the photos! The beautiful view of the ocean, although distant, is clear and relaxing. It is not just a "peekaboo view." The kitchen was stocked and we found everything we needed for the beach (towels, chairs, cooler, umbrella, boogie boards, etc.) in the closet. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the condo. This rental is a great value. I highly recommend it!

Overall good location.A few helpful hints might be nights lights could be added ,first aid kit,A/C was kind of week,maybe some ice packs for the coolers to go to beach,no mention of ODORS from the sewer system problems.I believe the directions to get to the location need to be improved.Needs to add take a right Naylo rd.,go to end then take a right to 2nd apartment.Directions on what needs to be done for check out. We followed our previous weeks stay in Maui directions.

Lovely grounds! Great week!

This condo was perfect for my sis and i in our advancing years🤣. It was super quiet, easy to get to and from all the things we wanted to do, and thank goodness for the little AC unit! It was very hot, which we expected as it IS August. The ONLY down side was the beds. If you like really comfy squishy soft mattresses, this is a perfect fit. But both sis and i had back aches from them, and after a few days slept on the wonderfully firm couches! No big deal, but just a heads up. Other than that, great place, clean, well appointed, and Don was very eady to work with! Aloha!

Nice Condo

Nice quiet 2 bedroom condo. Very spacious throughout. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. Lounge area was comfortably furnished. Bedrooms were large and air conditioning units were great and kept both bedrooms cool. The lounge would benefit from an air conditioning unit as it did get very hot in the afternoons. The curtains in the lounge and bedrooms were not proper curtains, more like net curtains just for privacy. However blackout curtains would have helped prevent heat buildup in the lounge and also not allow light through in the bedrooms in the early morning. Bathrooms were functional but the shower controls were very difficult to pull out and would benefit from some lubrication. The provision of shower gel, hand wash, shampoo, and conditioner was a nice touch. Views from the lanai were lovely and it was great to sit out and enjoy an evening meal watching the sunset. Disappointed there was no phone. First time we have stayed anywhere in Kauai without a phone. This maybe ok for visitors from the USA but not so good for Europeans or UK citizens as using cell phones is expensive is the US. Pool area was good but we were surprised the pool had been closed for a day due to cleaning. We understand that such cleaning is necessary. Other visitors had been informed of this by the owners. However we were not informed and did not realise until we tried to go the pool to see there was a sign the pool was closed. We should have been informed as other visitors were. Communication from the owner prior to arrival was good and responses to questions were received promptly. Overall a nice stay.

It's "ok"

We recently stayed at this property and there are good and not so good things. First the positive. The size of the property is huge. Both bedrooms and living area are large. It was nice that both bedrooms had portable a/c units. The kitchen had all the needed items to prepare a home meal. The view from the property is good and you can see sunsets and the ocean clearly. Also, my son enjoyed the bodyboard provided. Now the not so good. The first hour we were at the condo the guest bathroom toilet clogged. Given that there is a plunger and the toilet is held up by a wooden board one can assume it was not an unusual occurrence. I contacted the property manager as listed in the instructions and received a text the next day saying someone would look at it. Guess what? NO ONE EVER CAME. The toilet was clogged for three days until it finally flushed on it's own. Next, the neighbor who is a full time owner went out of her way to harass my son about putting on sunscreen OUTSIDE on the sidewalk because she didn't like it. She also proceeded to tell us where to walk and what we needed to do and not do. I know that being an owner by an rental can be problematic but it wasn't comfortable trying to make sure you didn't make her mad. In addition there are signs on both lanais saying not to talk to loud or talk on the phone outside. Overall, it wasn't a very inviting place to unwind. The property is dated and although it has the two ac portable unit they never really did the trick. Overall, I would choose a different property to stay at if I were to come to Poipu again.

Awesome gardens at Nihi Kai. Most other locations have little or no gardens.

Less than 10 minute walk to Brenneke's -ocean view dining/bar/happy hour as good as any on the island. Located across the road from Poipu Beach Park.

Harley or scooter rentals for a great island tour.

Golf at two courses located 5 minutes away. Or take a 20minute drive and golf ALL DAY LONG for $10/day!!! (with beautiful ocean and mountain views.

Morning walks to Starbucks in the Poipu Shopping Village as you stroll the beach and gardens of resorts.

Take the pedestrian walkway to the Hyatt Resort (the best resort on the island in my opinion) for nightly shows or dining.

Poipu Beach ranked #1 beach in the world by some travel guides. Nice baby beach for safe swimming and snorkeling. Plus a locals and tourist favorite boogie board beach is 5 minutes from your door.

Some of the best turtle and whale watching on the island straight down on the beach.

Very nice on-location pool located just across the road from the ocean.
