Our tastefully renovated cozy loft studio is located in the popular Letná district. Great choice for solo travellers, couples who're looking for a nice place in good location on the budget.
The tram stop Letenské náměstí only few minutes away, provides good connection to Prague 1. In just 4 stops, you can reach near Old Town Square and the famous Dlouhá street, or in 2 stops, to surroundings of the Prague Castle or Charles Bridge.
The best features of our studio are;
+ Fully equipped kitchen (not a kitchenette)
+ High speed internet (Up to 1 GB/s, fastest available in Czech Republic)
+ 43" Smart Tv (you can log into various streaming services/apps)
+ Washer - free to use in our unit
We've carefully crafted the furniture to optimize space and enhance your comfort. You'll find two convenient storage areas—one perfect for shoes and small suitcases, and the other serving as a wardrobe. Our cozy sofa in the living area extends for ultimate relaxation, ideal for movie nights or diving into a good book. Plus, there's a full-size washing machine for your convenience.
With a total area of 15 m2 excluding the loft (4 m2), our apartment features a detached private toilet just a few steps from the entrance. Please note that the ceiling height is 70cm (28") above the bed, making the apartment suitable for individuals shorter than 190cm (6.2ft).

Letná which has been considered one of the prettiest neighborhoods of Prague increasingly attracted many creative minds over the past decade. It's impossible not to notice designers' shops, collective spaces, art galleries, and many popular cafés, bars, and restaurants. While you will be in close proximity to Old Town (Prague 1), Main Bus Station (Florenc), and Main Railway Station (Hlavní nádraží), you will not be disturbed by loud noises or big crowds during your stay.

While we were designing our studio, we focused on every inch of it as functional and useable as possible. Most of the furniture is custom-built to make the best use of the space and to increase the comfort. There are two storage places; the first one can be used for shoes and small suitcases. The other one functions as a wardrobe. The sofa in front can be extended, so you can stretch your legs and relax while watching TV. There's a full-size washing machine.
With total area of 15 m2 (without loft area), our apartment features a detached private toilet in the hallway just a few steps from the entrance.
