Fantastiskt läge i Bldg. # 2 !!! Ski-in, Ski-out, i sluttningarna av Park City Mountain Resort OCH en bottenvåningsenhet !!! Förutom det faktum att vår Snow Flower-lägenhet är ski-in, ski-out, det som gör det mer unikt är dess vackra miljö; precis intill backarna, men ändå inbäddat i snöklädda träd. Så det har en avskild känsla, men samtidigt är den i MIDDELEN av nästan allt. Du kan promenera till Gamla stan eller ta gratisbuss till Park City - stopp är framför kontoret för Snow Flower. Bussystemet tar dig till Park City och närheten (inklusive Deer Valley & The Canyons). Vår enhet ligger intill basen i Eagle Lift, Three Kings Lift och First Time lift där du kan köpa hissbiljetter. Vår lägenhet på bottenvåningen är bekvämt beläget bara några steg till de privata uppvärmda skidförvaringsskåp för dig att lagra din ski / snowboardutrustning. Och den jättejacuzzin ligger bara några steg från lägenhetens privata täckta uteplats.

Vår lägenhet renoverades maj 2011 med anpassade skåp, bänkskivor i granit och travertingolv. Vi har den högsta kvalitet Queen-size-sängen innesluten i vackra anpassade skåp. Alla möbler, platt-TV, inventarier och "ungdomstorlek" våningssängar är nya. Sovväskor, läslampor och pluggar (för elektroniska spel) ingår i Bunk-området. Våra madrasser är nya och alla tre sängar har skydd mot madrassskydd mot sängbugg. Njut av underjordisk parkering med tillgång till hiss. Dessutom ingår ett gym, gratis höghastighetsinternet, tennisbanor och utomhusgrill. Park City är fantastisk året runt: på hösten är lövverket magnifik. Vår, sommar och höst erbjuder många möjligheter för golf, tennis, vandring, cykling, fiske, vattensporter, utomhuskonserter / festivaler, forsränning och mycket, mycket mer. Sommarläger finns också tillgängliga för barn.

Great location and the condo was nice. Small but perfect for 2. The Murphy bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels and pillows. Loved having the hot tub right outside the door.

Great Location, great condo

We had a great stay in Park City. The condo is very clean and well decorated. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub and you cannot have better access to the lifts-just a few steps from the ski locker room. Thanks Mike. Highly recommend.

Super convenient

Extremely easy access to slopes. Clean and well-stocked condo. This was a great place for me and my 11 year-old son for 5 nights. The bunk beds are good for young kids but many teens would likely find them too small.

Perfect Location

The condo location is perfect with walk to lifts less than 1 minute. Had all we needed to cook and lounge. Very comfortable and clean. Hosts were amazing with communication. Easy parking and proximity to all we needed.

Great stay

Can’t beat the location as you’re right off First Time lift. Place is very cozy, and while on the smaller side, was enough for our family of 4. The pull down bed was quite comfortable as well. Nice amenities in the kitchen. Would stay again.

Great stay

We had a wonderful time in this condo. It is a true ski-in ski-out property. The condo is small but clean and suited our needs. The hot tub /pool is just steps away and so is the ski lift. We would love to stay here again!

Great family trip.

Really enjoyed our stay. Was exactly as advertised. Location is phenomenal and the locker room for the skies is a nice plus too. Kitchen was very well stocked, good bathroom and the kids did fine in the bunks. Also really enjoyed the huge hot tub and parking was a breeze.

Great Ski in/Out Condo

The condo was exactly what my wife and I needed for our week stay in park city. It was right by Eagle lift so super easy to get on the mountain. We were unsure of the Murphy bed situation but it was very comfortable and we slept well. The only reason it did not get 5* for cleanliness is the bathtub which could use a deep cleaning. We would definitely book this again.

Great Park City Condo

Excellent condo literally adjacent to ski lifts and a short uber or manageable walk to the center of downtown Park City. Host was extremely gracious and managed communication impeccably.

Nice unit

We had a great time staying here. The property is well maintained with many amenities and the owner was very helpful. It was wonderful to walk out the back door and have access to 3 lifts within a short walking distance.

Park City FEB/MAR 2023

Everything was exactly as described. Perfect location to the ski slopes and an easy bus or Uber/Lyft to downtown. Locker room was convenient for gear storage and just 20 steps away from the closest lift. Unit was very clean and had all essentials including laundry items. Murphy bed was comfortable and made great space in the unit when the bed is in up position. Will definitely rent this condo again the next time we visit Park City.

Mike and I have four boys Garrett & Austin (both 26), Marshall 23 and Kaelan 15. We all enjoy outdoor activities and my boys like to play hard. Therefore , we keep orthopedics and PT’s busy. Our family is originally from Louisiana/Florida, where Garrett & Austin live/work. Marshall is an officer in the U.S. Coast Guard and Kaelan in attending Park City High School. As if four boys aren’t enough, we also have four precious dogs, Gizmo, Szumo, Szake & Szujo. Zitty, our female cat, runs the show. Since we have five pets, we have taken up camping (5th wheel) and really enjoy taking them with us to the beautiful/unique parks in Utah and surrounding areas.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We purchased this condo because of its Location #1, Location #2, Location #3, and Location #4. Location #1 is the condo’s ski-in, ski-out convenience. Location #2 is the easy walk to town and easy access to the Park City shuttle bus transportation system. Location #3 is having a ground floor end unit that has a walk out deck. No walking down the hall and then taking stairs or elevator, instead you just exit off the deck to the activities. Location #4 is the complex’s beautiful setting, tucked up next to slopes, but there is still the feeling that you are in the woods.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

It is convenience to step right out to the base of three ski runs and the locker storage is just a few doors down from our condo. We also enjoy the large hot tub, tennis courts, and fitness center. We love the condo’s proximity to Old Town, and just outside the office is the bus system stop, cross country skiing, snow shoeing and biking. In the summer/fall the complex’s scenic location makes such a peaceful, relaxing setting to have a picnic and enjoy the gorgeous summer/fall days.
