This charming townhouse boasts a central location that's hard to beat. Conveniently located directly off Rt. 1, this residence is walking distance to outlet shopping, great restaurants, Movies at Midway, Midway Speedway Park, and a 10 minute drive to Lewes Beach. For those passionate about golf, the townhouse is adjacent to the American Classic Golf Club, offering easy access to a nine-hole golf course.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and spacious living area. The open floor plan connects the living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a private, screened-in porch off of the living room overlooking the community pond.
The townhouse also features 3 comfortable bedrooms. The primary suite is located separate from the other 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor. It has a king size bed and ensuite. The other 2 guest bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and private bathroom.
Seasonal community pool: When you're not enjoying the beach, you can take advantage of the community pool which is open from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend.
