Pebble Beach B-204 is a Second Floor Almost Oceanfront 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo only 1 building from the ocean located in the the professionally landscaped Pebble Beach Oceanfront Gated Condominium Community off Coast Guard Road within walking distance to family theme parks, kiddy race tracks, arcades & restaurants.
The Living Area has an ocean view balcony. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar has a microwave & dishwasher. Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, a Full Bath and an oceanview balcony. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and a small balcony. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds and a small balcony. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full Bath. Central Heat & Air. Washer/Dryer.

In 2025 Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season. In 2026 Rents Weekly only Sunday - Sunday.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Companyâs Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
