This is a fully furnished turnkey that sits on the peace river. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook your favorite meals. But don't worry if on vacation you don't cook, We have great restaurants a few miles away. As well as entertainment in both Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda. Where you are conveniently centered between both!! Enjoy the sun kissing your face from the pool that is shared with the main house. And at the end of the day taking that cool shower in this beautiful tile walk in shower and then relax on the king size bed and stream your favorite shows until to drift to sleep dreaming about the adventures that await you the next day!! You can use the dock if boating is your thing. This home is a perfect getaway and just the right size for a couples vacation!! Please come enjoy the beautiful weather we have here in southwest Florida and make this your favorite place to be.

Perfect River Getaway

We stayed a week in both houses & had the best time. The fishing was amazing right from the dock. The kids loved the pool & the pool table in the guest house. Perfect place to getaway with the family!

Lovely place

This place was lovely. Watching the sunset and sunrise out side by the water was amazing. The house was great. I would definitely say here again.

Most relaxing vacation

We stayed in the one bedroom cottage on the property. It was very quiet and peaceful. We watched the mantis and dolfins swim by every day. The pool and hot tub area was very nice. We also enjoyed the sitting area on the porch. The larger house had quests come in after we had been there for 3 days. They were delightful people. We enjoyed sharing the pool and hot tub with them and visiting with them. The cottage was clean and had a very nice kitchen. The bedroom was nice and the bed was very comfortable. We would love to come back and rent the whole unit and bring our family. One thing that would really make a difference is if there were curtains on the sliding doors facing the pool. It opened into the kitchen but provided no privacy. Anyone at the pool could look in to the cottage. Overall it was a nice place to stay!
