Experience the best of what Florida has to offer in this stylish carriage house nestled in the heart of Bonita Bay Club, an exclusive gated community sprawling across 2400 acres.
Located just 7 minutes from the beach, Bonita Springs provides an ideal location - only 30 minutes south of RSW International Airport and 30 minutes north of 5th Avenue in Naples.
Kick back and relax in this calm and spacious home featuring tranquil views of the golf course and marsh, perfect for bird watching.
The Space
The Carriage House offers a fully stocked kitchen, two dining tables (seats 14 with the island), a family room, and a 200-square-foot lanai. It has 3 bedrooms consisting of two king beds, one twin bunk bed, and one double bunk bed. There are three doors to access the private lanai and enjoy the views of the golf course and marsh.
Bed 1 - Primary Suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, double sink ensuite (shower and bath), office setup, and access to the lanai.
Bed 2 - Secondary suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite with a shower.
Bed 3 - Two bunk beds (double over double and twin over twin), access to the third bathroom (with a bathtub) which can be made private by closing the pocket door.
Large kitchen fully stocked with a Keurig coffee machine, pots, pans, plates, etc.
Laundry available inside the unit.
Wi-Fi throughout the property, as well as 3 smart TVs (main room and primary/secondary suite).
Linens, towels, shampoo, body wash complimentary with the stay.
Two private parking spots and convenient guest parking.
Community Ammenities:
- Pool
- Hot tub
- Covered dining area at pool with BBQ
- Two Tennis Courts (two raquets available)
- Bocci Court
- Pickleball courts
- Shuttle to private beach club (lounge chairs and umbrellas provided - must bring towels)
- Bike trails (two bikes avaiable)
- Canoes/kayaks are also available (must inquire on availability)
Other Details:
- 90 day minimum rentals preferred, all other durations please ask host before booking.
- Special pricing is available for stays longer than 90 days.
- Cleaning crew must attend to the unit every two weeks. Complimentary after you pay the inital fee.
- A phone/video call is required before confirming your booking.
- Pets are not allowed on the property unless given special exception.
- Check-in time is anytime after 3 PM, and check-out is after 11 AM.
