Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room to have meaningful memories. Come enjoy this 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with private heated pool. The house is at a 4 min drive from Downtown Chandler, 10 min drive from Downtown Gilbert, 19 mins away from Mesa airport and 27 mins away from Sky harbor Int airport

The master bedroom has a king bed, its own walking closet and bathroom, 65 inch smart tv and a balcony. 3 rooms have queen beds and they also feature desks, closets and smart tvs(2 of the rooms have 55 inch smart tvs and the other one has a 65 inch tv and its own portable AC unit). Another room has a queen bed, night stands and a closet

The living room area is very spacious with good vibes all around and it has a 65 inch tv. Next to the living room you will find the dining area and the kitchen, the kitchen is fully equipped(stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, dishwasher). The house has a covered patio area with seating and a table, and the backyard has a pool and it also has seating area and a fireplace for you to enjoy

No garage access. The entire space, including the backyard and patio, are yours to use, with the exception of the garage

Modern Gem In Chandler

This home was perfect for our stay in the Phoenix area for a family wedding celebration. Clean, beautifully decorated in a modern, contemporary style and spacious. The neighborhood is very clean and quiet. Connecting with the owner was easy. All together this was a wonderful experience and we would easily stay again.

Great backyard with heated pool

This is a great home for families - lots of open space, comfortable seating inside and out, plenty of beds, a heated pool (most places in the area don’t heat their pools during the winter), and a very enjoyable backyard to hang out in, with a bbq, table and chairs, couches, chaise lounges, and a fire pit. Regarding the beds though: there is one king and 4 queens, which is great unless you have 2 people in a room that don’t want to share a bed. I would have preferred a room with 2 twins or bunk beds, but that’s personal preference. The kitchen was large and open, the house bright with lots of light. The cabinets were a little on the rickety side and not in the best condition, but not a deal-breaker. I would suggest they have things on hand like games, books, bandaids, scissors, a flashlight, that sort of thing. I didn’t look through every drawer but I didn’t come across any of those types of items. Note: the stairs are quite steep with no real way to block them off, so the place may not work well for a family with very small children. The property manager Sergio was very nice, helpful, and responded to my messages almost immediately. We would definitely stay there again.
