The Art House at the Museum< MSU Mercy Park

Right next to the Art Museum, Xeriscape Garden and Tennis Courts. I have enjoyed running the across the street (Central Bungalow) since March 2018. I was thrilled to open this 2nd home in March 2019! Renovated for function & comfort, yet keeping true to original design and simplicity. Across the street from the Art Museum, walk to Phelps Grove Park, Tennis Courts, 2 restaurants, Xeriscape Garden, MSU. Near Mercy Hospital, Downtown, Expo Center, Route 66, Cardinals stadium, Bass Pro.
The space
This home is located in the quaint Phelps Grove neighborhood. Situated on a corner lot with a pleasant view of the tennis courts and the Art Museum across the street. Bedrooms each have high-end queen size beds, quality linens, closets, shelves and space for luggage. The kitchen is set for preparing meals with an electric stove and fridge/freezer, pots and utensils. The kitchen is complete with a Keurig coffee maker/pods and an assortment of tea. There are 2 separate living areas as well as a covered front porch for sipping coffee. The home is exceptionally bright and airy with a nod to the local arts culture. I always set up a Christmas tree for holiday guests in December.
Guest access
You have access to the entire home and parking in a short drive in front of the home or on the street.
Other things to note
We welcome children of all ages, but the home is not “baby/child proof.” I have a booster seat and a seat with a tray available, also a pac n’play. Please let me know which of these items you will need upon booking.
