Wonderful

Great property with all the amenities. Close to everything although road access was not ideal as it needed a traffic light. Easy check in and check out process. Great workout facilities and pools. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Family visit

Good location to Disney, Orlando attractions, and walking distance to the grocery store and a craft brewery. Pool was nice and the workout room had a good variety of equipment to use. Construction on the other side of the pond did close down the walkway so we could only walk half way and around the pond.

Great time

Loved our stay .. everything was clean and comfortable stay on 4th floor by elevator.. close to Walgreens and Publix as well as a couple of eating places and gift shop. Pool temp was good. Nice walking area by the lake .. very handy super close to Top golf, Universal and Disney. Really enjoyed our stay!

Nice Location

We stayed here for an event at Camping World Stadium. Members of our group also went to Universal as well as Hollywood Studios. Travel around the area was easy as this condo was in a great location. The condo was clean and we had everything we needed. We were off site most of the trip so we were not able to take advantages of the amentites at the resort. I would definitely stay again!!

Perfect location for our stay

Great location close to the Orange County Convention Center and many, many restaurants. Property amenities were perfect and the condo was well furnished and quiet.

Family Vacation for Universal

With our family of 4kids ranging from 4yrs-13yrs old, its hard to find a hotel and sometimes condo that can accommodate our kids and needs. Bot only does the place have to be kid friendly, but also have enough space and versatile enough to fit all our age groups. The large heated pool was a nice treat and having our building so close to the club house and pool made crazy days at Universal Studios and nice break to relax in. Even though the room was on the top floor, the elevators negated any reason to climb up and down stairs with all of our needed equipment and supplies. Parking was great, and loved the fenced in area. The room had some appliances that were dated, but all worked without any issues. It was like a mini home away from home and the kids had a great time. The rooms were well furnished and they’re no complaints from the family. We have have to reserve this place for the future the next time we come.

Great Time

Was very tidy and clean when we entered, the beds and couches were very comfortable and the TVs were great to have in both bedrooms. The bathrooms were also very clean and the showers were great.

Easy Stay

Very nice condo located very close to the clubhouse area of the Vista Cay community. I came to Orlando for a conference at the convention center with a couple of colleagues. This condo was good for us in it's location and amenities. Condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend staying at this condo.

Close to everything

The only negative I have with the condo is that they need more cookware. We did all of our dining at the condo and there was not much cookware. Otherwise we were only a 3 minute drive to the convention center and 5 minute drive to Icon park!! The resort had activities like a live DJ and movie nights!! We will definitely stay there next year!!

Very outdated and things lost

First, there was a deposit requested at checking so while you pay full in advance including post cleanup charges they ask you to provide additional money at checking (Credit Hold). Property carpet was really dirty. Within minutes of walking bare foot the bottom of my feet where black so had to wear sandals all week inside the property probably why carpet is dark brown which is kind of gross if you really think about it. Decoration pieces where broken hidden in closets and there were several wholes on walls and a table without its glass top (had to tell front desk to make sure we would be charged) so quite outdated overall. A/C was not cooling the first day so had to call front desk to check and fix it. Then there was the little dog left outside probably in the balcony that was barking for several hrs past 1 pm couple days in a row... made it really hard to sleep after a long day. Finally, I left somethings in the room including cash in a six inch wallet and after a 6 hr drive when I realized what I forgot I called lost and found and no one pick up. Called the next day and got a hold of front desk who said to my luck that no one had been to room yet so then I told them I had left several items in the room which included prescription glasses, receipts, sun glasses the wallet with cash so they told me they would send someone to check and recover them. Now I know this is a stretch as I shouldn't had forgotten about my personal items which I knew exactly where they were left. After a couple of hrs I get a call back saying that there was nothing in the room or where I told them to check so I guess honesty is also out the window but like I said this would be a stretch. Bottom line it looks great on pictures but was less than I expected.

Location is perfect

This unit is fine but needs updating. We saw other units in the blding and most have been updated. The tv remotes all needed batteries so that was a little frustrating. Location was ideal and close to pool.

Great location

Overall, property was very good. Location to tourist attractions was convenient. Condo was next to clubhouse and was clean but could use some updated appliances, especially dishwasher (which was not even secured to the cabinet) and microwave. We had a very enjoyable stay and front desk staff was very courteous,

Vista Cay is a great location

The property was well located near sea world and convention center. Our unit needed a few updates but overall a comfortable and quiet place. Pool area is great! Enjoyed our stay!

Amazing location!

Family Universal Studios Vacation

Our condo met my family’s needs perfectly! We had plenty of space and the unit was very clean. We loved the location to the pool and clubhouse! It was a quick drive to Universal Studios and other attractions. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit.

It was ok

It was ok staying here. There were dirty towels in the wash when we arrived and the lights were on in some of the rooms. Most of the remotes were without batteries. That being said the rooms were decent sizes, two of which had king size beds. The pool area is also really nice.

Excellent location

The property was in a great location. Very quiet atmosphere. The 2 mile walk around the lake was beautiful. Everything was very clean, staff was very nice. Our place was very nice. Although the T.V. in one of the bedrooms screen was funny. Left a note a the front desk but didn’t fix it while we were there, maybe they replaced it after we left. Otherwise very nice place to stay, will definitely stay there again.
