Ka’anapalis finaste miljö vid stranden med ett utmärkt läge nära shopping, restauranger och aktiviteter. Vår studiolägenhet, A-317, ligger på tredje våningen i Aloha Tower och erbjuder en härlig delvis havsutsikt. Det är tillgängligt med hiss och har en bekväm king size-säng och drottning bäddsoffa. Det fullt utrustade köket har uppgraderats med nya skåp, granitbänkar, nya armaturer och belysning och är välfyllda. Vår fristad vid havet ligger på 11 tunnland exotiska tropiska trädgårdar, längs en av de finaste stränderna på Ka’anapali Beach, strax norr om Black Rock.

Simma, snorkla, paddla eller segla direkt utanför den vita sandstranden i varmt, kristallklart turkost vatten. Lounge vid två vuxna pooler, barnpool eller spa med cocktail och matservice. Upptäck knölvalar direkt från stranden mellan november och mars. Golf på någon av fyra golfbanor i närheten. Åk den gratis vagnen till shopping, angränsande hotell för underhållning, restauranger eller luaus.

Njut av frukost, lunch, middag eller Happy Hour på Castaway Restaurant med full service belägen vid stranden. Eller helt enkelt, smutta på ett glas vin på vår Lanai när du ser solen gå ner efter en annan perfekt dag i paradiset.

MKV är ett Aqua-Aston Resort. Aston tar ut en daglig anläggningsavgift på $ 20. 00 plus skatt som inkluderar ett paket med bekvämligheter inklusive; parkering för ett fordon, gratis morgonkaffe och te, varje vecka Mai Tai-fest med livemusik, gratis lokala telefonsamtal, användning av det nyligen ombyggda gymmet, rabatter på hotellets spa och trådlöst internet i hela fastigheten, (med användning av egen enhet). Dessa avgifter betalas direkt till Aqua-Aston vid incheckningen.

Avbokningar:
Alla avbokningar måste göras vid skrivning. Vår policy tillåter avbokning utanför en 60-dagarsperiod före ankomst, med en omedelbar återbetalning minus 10% avbokningsavgift av det totala bokningsbeloppet. Avbokningar som görs inom 60-dagarsperioden utan tillräckligt meddelande kan leda till förlust av deposition. Ägaren kommer att göra alla försök att boka om fastigheten. Location is great. Close to everything. First impressions were good. Cute furnishings & nice kitchen, which we wanted. Plenty of supplies for our use. Super tiny Linai, which was mostly unused because of that. Bed was uncomfortable, woke with low backaches daily, and it wasn’t made properly. Sheets kept coming off. Also there were bugs in the bathroom and cockroaches in the kitchen. Also dishwasher rack was all rusty. Probably won’t stay there again.

Aloha Candi,. I was surprised to wake and find your review this morning. I agree the location is great! Close to shopping & restaurants. Our beach is the best! I take great pride in furnishing & stocking our ocean view condo, and your comments concern me. It's true that our lanai is small, measuring 2 by 18 feet. For this reason, we have placed a small bistro table and 2 chairs on it for sipping morning coffee or watching the sun set over the ocean. We situated our main dining table adjacent to the lanai. Open the large sliding glass doors & screens, and effectively you have outdoor dining. The King mattress that you mention is only 2 1/2 years old. We have had no other complaints about it. We were on Island 3 weeks ago and checked all furniture, including the bed, and found no irregularities. The sheets not fitting properly during your stay would have been an easy fix, but you never mentioned anything about them. I would have immediately called my maid service to install new ones. What concerns me even more is that you never notified me to report insects in the condo. Our condo is treated by a professional pest control company bi-monthly. On Maui, this is very serious, and I would have alerted our maintenance department. They are very proactive and would have come immediately to thoroughly inspect & treat the issue. But, once again, you never reached out to allow me to take action. Communication with our guests is of upmost importance to me & I always try my best. Barbara

The beach is the best! Easy access. Love the grassy area on the walk. The staff at the facility are friendly and helpful. We have stayed there many times. The room was overall clean. But, needs work. Bathroom bath/shower needs grouting. Tub is slippery. Cheapest towels. The toilet kept running. We reported it at the desk but my husband did a quick fix. Kitchen nicely appointed. Not a lot of room for groceries etc..maybe a shelf would be a good idea. Throw pillows were dirty. We placed them on the floor and never used them. We thought we had a balcony to sit on but the space is only for show. Overall paying what we did I would not pick this room again.

Aloha Kris, We appreciate you sharing your thoughts. We agree that the resort location and our beach is the best on Maui! I'm so sorry that you didn't reach out during your stay to report your concerns. You are my eyes and ears, and even though we were just on Island a few weeks ago to inspect & restock the condo, we didn't see what you are reporting. Things like towels are supplied by our maid company, and they would have been happy to replace them with others. Our maintenance team would have come the same day to repair the toilet...had we known to contact them. I'm sorry you didn't see the bath mat located in the closet. We provide that for your safety while showering. The kitchen side table with extra shelves is able to store extra groceries. In our condo description, we alert our guests that the lanai is small, measuring 2 by 18 feet. I'm sorry you missed that in the description. That is why we placed a small bistro table and 2 chairs on the lanai for sipping morning coffee or watching the sun set over the ocean. Excellent stay! Condo is clean and well appointed. It is in the main tower of the complex, so conveniently located for beach towels, AM coffee, etc. The communication with the owner was outstanding - quickly responsive and proactive communication of info about the upcoming stay. Highly recommend!

A home away from home at a great price. The owner is outstanding in communications and takes great pride to ensure ones stay is exceptional. The condo itself is well maintained and equipped to make one feel at home. The kitchen is well stocked pans-plates, spices, baggies, all necessities need for a beach picnic. The king size beds is very comfortable. Beach supplies such as chairs, snorkeling equip provided by hosts. The resort has friendly and helpful staff and a nice heated pool, in which one can exchange beach towels daily. As well as games; pingpong, shuffleboard to keep family entertained. . The host kindly allowed us a late check out at no cost given we had a later flight. Overall an amazing experience and a home away from home.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. Unfortunately we only had a week to enjoy. The condo was spotless and was stocked with everything you would need. The bed was very comfortable as was all the furnishings. I spent every morning on the Lanai with my free coffee I got from downstairs. We spent magical evenings watching the sunset from the beach. The days were filled with snorkeling and long beach . walks.Snorkeling was amazing just a five minute walk north. I saw so many colorful fish, stingrays, turtles and to my surprise two monk seals swam right beside me. It was an incredible experience. All communication with the host Barbara was exemplary. She was very quick to respond and give great suggestions on activities and restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay and we will be back. If you want a magical experience book this vacation rental.

Clean and well located well managed. Unit is well equipped and clean. The only negative is the tiny balcony. Everyone was great to work with. Great grounds and pool. Castaways is a good casual restaurant and is well managed. Beach location is excellent. Great access to the rest of Kaanapali amenities from this location including great morning walking.

We agree that the condo is centrally located and easily accessible to the larger hotels, shopping, and restaurants south of Black Rock. Riding the free green trolley or strolling the beach boardwalk allows you to enjoy without needing to find parking. You are right. Our lanai is small, equipped with a side table and 2 bistro chairs to enjoy sipping morning coffee or watching the sun set over the ocean. We also situated our dining table adjacent to the large sliding glass doors so that with them open, the outside with the birds flying past is our greatest joy. We had an amazing stay at this condo! It was clean and comfortable, thoughtfully decorated, and with by far the best-stocked kitchen we’ve ever experienced in a vacation rental property, which was a huge plus as we enjoy cooking a few meals while traveling. There were even sand toys for our littles. The view from the condo is beautiful, with gorgeous sunsets. We even saw whales from the balcony on several occasions. The property itself is beautiful, with nice pools and very easy access to the beach. The beach location is ideal - not as crowded as the part on the other side of black rock, with lots of room to spread out, yet with easy access to a variety of restaurants/shopping via a short beach walk, board walk, or trolley. What made our stay even better was Barbara - she went above and beyond sharing helpful information and providing amazing recommendations for which we are grateful, as this really simplified our planning. We are already looking forward to returning here. In fact the kids specifically said they want this exact condo next time. Barbara - thank you for sharing your amazing place!

What an amazing place to stay! I’m so grateful for the wonderful owner/manager who helped make our stay even more special. We had some great tips that helped us to explore areas close by. It's low-density design boasts acres of beautiful, tropically landscaped lawns and gardens. An added amenity is access to the "Free Green Ka'anapali Trolley" which makes a continuous loop between our resort and the large hotels, restaurants and shopping south of Black Rock. Relaxing, Quiet Location

Wonderful location with great access to the beach, pool, and hot tub! Also, love having the Castaway Restaurant so close by! Close to the hustle and bustle of Kaanapali but quiet and relaxing!

One of the joys of our Resort is having the peace and quiet of a low-density resort property, and also being so close to the larger hotels and restaurants south of Black Rock. Anniversary Trip

Were in Maui for the third time. This time celebrating our 35th anniversary. Maui never disappoints and this property was fantastic. Will be looking to book here again when we come back.

Our family has been vacationing at Maui Ka'anapali Villas for more than 30 years. Our daughters, Emily and Dori grew up on this stretch of beach, swimming, snorkeling, and hunting for beach glass. Our best memories are of the fun we had playing in the water and relaxing at this resort. We are grateful that we had the opportunity to buy a studio condo at MKV. We're excited to share it with you and your family, so that you may also make your own memories at this glorious place in the sun.

There is no better beach on Maui as far as our family is concerned. The water is pristine and warm. The clean, white sand offers a gentle entry into the ocean for swimming or snorkeling at the adjacent reef, which stretches 1 1/2 miles north. Walk on the boardwalk or beach, swim, or take the Free Green Ka'anapali Beach Trolley, 1/2 mile south to snorkel at Black Rock.
