Located in a peaceful rural area, yet just a ten-minute drive to downtown Charlottesville and the University of Virginia. Close to interstate, putting the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains within easy reach. After your day's activities, retreat to a truly restful sanctuary. Access to adjacent pond, nice road for walking. Free parking available.

Absolutely Lovely

This peaceful apartment is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery. The property was exceptionally clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. We enjoyed the lovely views. The hosts were very thoughtful and ensured you had water and snacks as well as outdoor chairs to enjoy the views. Would stay here again in the future!

Family Visit

Apartment was lovely, very clean, very well stocked with everything you could need. Property was beautiful, very quiet neighborhood. Didn’t get the chance to meet the hosts but communication was excellent. Would definitely stay again, next time we visit.

Quite the Gem!

My wife and I stayed at over thirty vrbo’s. This is the best one we’ve stayed in. The pictures do not do it justice. It is situated in a lovely neighborhood of homes on large lots surrounding a lake. It is just two minutes off the interstate but you feel like it’s in the country. The place was absolutely spotless. Bed, linens, and fixtures were top end. Close to everything in Charlottesville, yet peaceful and quiet. If I could give it 10 stars I would!

Great location and beautiful large space

Incredibly beautiful neighborhood with striking houses and properties. Proximity to UVA and Charlottesville couldn’t be better. Property is a great size (we had 3 adults) and very nice! Loved the coffee options 😊 - single cups vs carafe. Communication with host was flawless.

Mini Anniversary Getaway

This property is absolutely stunning! Ann & Jim thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. The views of the sunrises were incredible! We were also lucky to have bunnies and deer visit us during our stay. The proximity to Monticello, walking trails, wineries, shopping and delicious restaurants was perfect for us. This all made our 15th anniversary so memorable! Thank you again! Maria & Ron

We are Jim and Ann. We have lived in this house for 10 years, and we are delighted to welcome you to our newly created apartment. We have three children and one grandchild. We are retired and like to travel. Jim loves fishing, in our pond or at the ocean. Ann has a garden and enjoys knitting.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

This is an amazing neighborhood with wonderful neighbors and great views of our pond and the distant mountains. We are very close to the beautiful University of Virginia, as well as many historical sites and hiking spots. Convenient nearby shopping, many fine restaurants, and loads of wineries and breweries.

Our property slopes down to a pond that attracts birds of all kinds, deer, and other wildlife. It is quiet and beautiful.
