Escape to a beautifully furnished home with a Hot Tub, hardwood floors & close to Downtown Lincolnton, HWY 321 & retail. 2 bedrooms with high speed internet, 3 large smart TVs, reclining couch, outdoor porch, Keurig & Drip coffee maker, washer/dryer, assorted board/card games & Level 2 Tesla EV Charger. Property is fenced in with open access to large common driveway.
FREE onsite spacious parking for large vehicles & trailers. Additional homes available if you are traveling with a larger group.
Sit back and enjoy your own private hot tub, hanging swing chair and sitting area in the fully fenced in backyard. This unique space was designed for privacy and comfort while still being in town.
Comfortably accommodates 4 adults & kids are welcome too! Each bedroom also has their own private TV. There is a folding portable crib for any little ones that may be traveling with you. A limited amount of toilet paper, toiletries and paper towels are supplied (enough for 2-3 days depending on guest count).
For the nostalgic gamer, or if you just want to show your kids what gaming was like back in the day, checkout the classic gaming console with numerous original vintage Nintendo games. Thatâs right try your hand at the original Mario Bros 1, 2 &3, Zelda, Donkey Kong, Kirby, Punchout and many more!
High Speed internet is included FREE and each of the TVs are Roku enabled where you can sign into any of your favorite streaming apps. There are also numerous FREE channels provided on each TV.
There are several different complimentary coffee blends to choose from for the Keurig along with some laundry detergent, various soaps, shampoo, body wash and conditioner.
Centrally located to the heart of Downtown Lincolnton and the retail district this property will put you close to anything you should need in town and is close to HWY 321. A quick 3min drive to downtown will drop you in the center of many unique local shops and restaurants. There are multiple festivals through out the summer in downtown including Alive After 5 concert series and the ever popular Apple Festival.
Just 25 minutes from Hickory and Gastonia, 40min drive to CLT International airport & 9min drive to Combine Academy.
There are integrated USB A & C charging outlets in both bedrooms, living room & kitchen. Just bring your cable.
If you are traveling with an Electric Vehicle there is a Level 2 Tesla EV Charger available for use during your stay. The charger uses the NACS style plug.
