Newly Renovated Detroit Townhouse - Sleeps 8!

Newly renovated and ready to be enjoyed. The townhouse is located on a quiet street right off Woodward and between I-75 and the Lodge (M-10) expressways. Less than 8 minutes to downtown and Hart Plaza and 5 minutes to Hamtramck (the best dive bars), as well as walking distance to Tenacity Brewery and Congregation (Coffee, Food, Drinks). While the location is centrally located it's not downtown. I will happily share details on the best bars and restaurants not to be missed. Just ask!

The space
3 bedrooms with queen beds. Comfortable couch that turns into a bed.

The townhouse is connected to another unit which is currently vacant with a shared fenced backyard.

My 2 sisters and I stayed at this Newly Renovated Detroit Townhouse for 5 nights. It was a very pleasant experience. The beds were comfy and the house was clean. We took advantage of being near the Woodward Ave Q-Line train by taking it to and from a Tigers game (they won!). Rachel was an excellent host! We would definitely stay there again.

Comerica Park Concert Stay

Perfect place to rest for the night with the family after a night at Comerica Park. Beds were comfy and location was only about 10 min out which was perfect. Thank You!

The owner was extremely friendly and quick to respond to all questions. The beds were comfortable, and the house was very nice on the inside. Parking was on the street only but we were able to park straight across the street. We booked this for an event at ford field and it worked out great. We would absolutely stay there again.

There is tons to offer. I've spent years traveling around the world and always dreamed of hosting travelers like myself. Enjoy the city and know the comforts of this property will be here when you return from your Detroit activities!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

The house is on a quiet street right off the most famous street for the area, Woodward. Woodward will take you all the way downtown or an hour into the suburbs. The property is located between two major highways making it a central location to get anywhere easy. Piety Hill is an up and coming neighborhood in Detroit with a new co-op (opening soon), a nice brewery at the end of the street, the Historic Boston Edison neighborhood 3 blocks north, and a quick coffee shops and Hamtramck within a 3-5 minute drive. The property is also less than 10 minutes from downtown Detroit and 5 minutes away from all of the major Detroit hospitals.
