We were a family of 11, and could not of picked a better place. We all loved everything about the house and the area. Made wonderful memories for a first time visit to Florida. We can’t wait to come back.

Lovely trip back to Watersong ..just two of us and the villa had everything we needed. Interior is well presented although soft furnishings could do with a refresh. Pool is clean and glorious. Lanai torn in places and really needs some attention as do pool cushions but with some repellent and the lovely pool towels these small issues didn't spoil our stay. Overall would highly recommend.

The pool was a feature that was used a lot. We had the option to heat the pool and did so. The week we were there was the coldest week in 50 years and my nephew spent the majority of the time in the pool. The communication with the property management was great! She answered all my questions and even some I didn’t know I had. The rooms were nice, plenty of room, and the beds were comfy. We would definitely stay again.

Spring Break 25

We enjoyed our time in Davenport and the home was great for our large family. Note that the pool is larger than other house pools we’ve had in this community and also deeper at 7 feet deep so the drop off started earlier than we expected.

Master bedroom bedding was not washed between guests- found hair clip in sheets. Pool furniture needs replacing. Cushions are very old and do not provide cushioning from chaise bars. Dead cockroaches found behind bed and in bathroom. Dryer was not functioning first two days. Was fixed then broke down again before we left resulting in having to transport wet clothes. Stayed in this home several times before with no issues.

Carrie, whilst we appreciate you taking the time to review our home we do feel this review to be most unfair. We explained to you at the time that the home has active pest control in place and that if any bugs are found dead, this means that pest control is working. The tumble dryer was fixed during your stay and our housekeeping team used this upon your departure and experienced no issues. Unfortunately, it must have been user error. All bedding is washed and stripped upon guest departure as part of our standard end of stay clean. We have regular 5 stars for our housekeeping team. Regarding the pool cushions, new ones have been ordered and delivered this week. We appreciate your valued feedback on this and are proactive with any valid feedback that we received. Regards, Management

This is a beautiful home, and everything worked out perfectly for my family. The host was great at quickly responding to any questions I had before my stay, and the one question during my stay. The location was perfect, the street was quiet, and it was clean. The kitchen is stocked with enough cookware. We go yearly to visit my brother and his family, who live in Orlando, so I spend a lot of time in the kitchen. There is a coffeepot but next time I will bring my single pod maker or Keurig. The game room is where my children spent their time and they loved the space and "privacy" in there. They are 8 and 9 and still love to play. We had the pool heated and everything was perfect. Garbage and recycling pick up on Tuesdays, so that was great for us because our previous were weekend pickups, right before we arrived. This home is exactly as pictured. We also had 4 adults and appreciated having at least queen-sized beds and they were all comfortable. We would definitely stay again.
