Air-hockey game room, 3 queens + pullout, sleeps 10 — minutes from Broadway, BNA & all of Nashville

So glad the parking worked out and there was plenty of room to walk the dogs — that kind of easy, no-stress stay is what we're going for. Thanks for taking the time to share this, and we'd love to host again on a future Nashville trip.

Appreciate the clean and simple call-out — clean, good location, and a space worth coming back to is exactly what we aim for with this 3-bed, 3.5-bath townhome. Guests who travel light on words but notice the important stuff are who we built this home for. When you're back in town, the private game room and the garage will be ready. We'd love to host you again. — Day Drinking Properties Customer Service

The convenient airport drop-offs and easy drive downtown are part of why we chose this location — travelers who value both comfort and logistics are exactly who we built this stay for. Next time you pull the group back together for a Nashville trip, the house will be ready. — Day Drinking Properties Customer Service

Thank you — "safe neighborhood" is exactly the phrase we want guests to walk away with. We screen every booking across our properties, so you always know the standard of people staying around you. That's the quiet part of what makes the stay feel easy to relax into — beyond the comfortable beds. Guests who pick up on the whole picture like you did are exactly who we built this house for. Next time you're in Nashville for a quick getaway, the house will be ready. — Day Drinking Properties Customer Service

Thank you for your lovely review! We're so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and found the property to be clean and exactly as described. It’s wonderful that the quiet neighborhood and convenient location worked well for your trip to Nashville. We’d be thrilled to host you again the next time you’re in town!

This made our day to read. The air hockey table and the garage setup were designed exactly for family trips like yours — it's always the best feeling when the kids pick the favorite spot in the house. And "10/10 would recommend" extending to our other properties is the highest compliment we can get. Families who notice the whole picture — the space, the response time, the little details — are exactly who we built this for. Next time you're back in Nashville, you'll have your pick of homes. — Day Drinking Properties Customer Service

"Nice and clean" and "responsive and helpful" — those are the two bars we hold ourselves to on every stay, and it means a lot to hear you felt both. Being close to downtown and Opry Mills was by design; we wanted this house to be a base that actually lets you do Nashville. "We would definitely stay again" is the line we build toward — when that next trip happens, the house will be ready exactly how you remember it, maybe a little better. — Day Drinking Properties Customer Service

Thank you for your feedback! We’re so happy to hear you enjoyed the condo and found it beautiful. We understand that the stairs can be a bit of a workout after a long day of sightseeing—thank you for your patience with that! We’d love to have you back anytime.

Thank you — hearing the townhouse was clean, as described, with excellent communication hits the three things we work hardest to deliver. The fact that you'd recommend the home to travelers looking for a quiet and nice space in Nashville is exactly the kind of guest we built this property for. Next time you're back, we'd love to know what would close the gap from an 8 to a 10 — we read every piece of feedback. The house will be ready. — Day Drinking Properties Customer Service

Thank you so much for the kind words! We’re thrilled to hear that the house was the perfect spot for your Gamecocks trip and that the location worked out well for both Vanderbilt and downtown Nashville. We strive to make the check-in process as seamless as possible, so it’s great to hear that worked for you! We’re also glad you found the home clean and well-stocked for your stay. It would be a pleasure to host you and your family again—hope to see you back in Nashville soon!

Thank you so much for your kind review! We're thrilled to hear that you found the home comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. It’s great to know the features of the house worked well for your group of friends, and we’re happy that the communication from the property management team was clear and helpful. We’d love to host you again anytime!

Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re delighted that your family found everything exactly as described and enjoyed the clean and welcoming space. It’s wonderful to hear that the instructions were easy to follow and transportation was a breeze during your stay. We’d love to host you again in the future – thank you for choosing our home!

"Were there problems during the stay? Yes. Did it ruin our trip? No. Would I stay here again? Yes." That's a fair way to put it, and we're not going to argue with any of it. The refrigerator should have been fixed while you were still in the house, not after. The deep clean was overdue — dust bunnies and cobwebs aren't the standard we hold, and that unit has since been reset. And the checkout list is now trash and dishes only. On the deposit: we verify and protect every stay so guests always know who's around them and any issue gets handled cleanly — we're making that step clearer well before arrival. Guests who report it straight instead of just walking away are how this townhome gets better. — Day Drinking Properties Customer Service

Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear you enjoyed the property and its location, and that you found it well-maintained. We work hard to keep everything in great shape for our guests. We’d love to host you again in the future!

Thank you — "clean" and "easy to enter" are exactly the two things we obsess over on every single turnover, so it means a lot to hear it called out. The 3 levels are part of why this townhouse works so well for groups who want space without feeling stacked on top of each other. Every guest who stays with us is verified, which is part of how we keep the whole experience smooth from check-in to checkout. Next time you're back near downtown or BNA, we'd love to have you again — the door's open whenever the next trip lands on your calendar. — Day Drinking Properties Customer Service
