Experience the calm, cozy vibes of our Bartlett townhouse situated in the heart of all the valley has to offer. Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath mountain home boasts tall, cathedral ceilings filling the space with an abundance of natural light. Enjoy plenty of recent updates and special touches throughout that will make your stay that much more comfortable. Relax by the fire or head out to explore the hidden wonders of our East Branch riverside retreat. Wondrous adventures await you at Woodland Pines!
Recline and unwind in front of the wood-burning stove after a long day of shopping, sightseeing or outdoor adventures. We have four seasons in the White Mountain National Forest. You can do it all! Our tranquil townhouse is set up for our guests to feel relaxed and at home. We provide everything you will need in order to feel 100% comfortable during your stay and we are only a phone call away if you need anything. You'll find plenty of wood to burn and a bottle of wine to sip while spending time with family or friends. Our goal is to provide a peaceful and up-to-date home that makes you feel like you're on vacation. Come and make memories that will last a lifetime! COVID CLEANING PROTOCOL ON OUR HOME:
We use a professional cleaning crew to take care of our home and they complete the following actions on EVERY cleaning.
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, remotes, stove buttons, sinks, toilet handles, etc.
- Use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
- Refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room
- Provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
- Comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines
Guests have full access to nearby facilities: tennis court, riverside fire pit, and the community outdoor pool (open seasonally). These amenities are conveniently located just steps away from our front door.
This is a desirable end-unit, which provides additional privacy and sufficient parking. Guests have full access to nearby facilities: tennis court, riverside fire pit, and the community outdoor pool (open seasonally).
Not a pool person? Prefer less crowds? Set up for the day on our very own East Branch of the Saco River running just 900 feet from the house. This hidden gem will lead you right to the Saco River in just under a 10 minute walk. Enjoy tubing, floating or sunning in a less known area that's sure to please. Be sure to check out our shared, riverside fire pit when the sun goes down and have s'more fun. There is so much to explore right outside our front door!
New, portable AC units have been installed on each floor. One is located in the King Master bedroom, a second is located in the main living room, and a third is located in the lower living room. Instructions for operation are listed in the guest guidebook and on the units themselves. Please supervise children at all times around the AC units. Two box fans are also available for guest use, if needed, and can be located in the lower level bedroom closets.
A newly installed dehumidifier is located on the lower level. It should be left on to run continuously, especially during the warmer months. Please supervise children at all times around the dehumidifier.
Please take caution when using the walkway and back decks, especially after it has rained or snowed. Ice Melt is located in the entryway closet to help control icy or slippery conditions in the colder months.
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over age 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking or vaping in the house
- No fireworks or other illegal activities
- No outside fires or fire pits
- Parking is limited to 3 automobiles (no off-road or recreational vehicles)
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors
