Step back in time to the early 1900's and enjoy the unique architecture of this 2 story home located in the Lakeview Historic District in Cheyenne.

This home contains a very elegant main floor including a large dining area that seats 8-10 people, and open living room/sitting area.

The second floor has a loft type feel to it with a comfortable sitting area, bedroom area and full bathroom.

The front yard includes a small patio sitting area.

Guests will have access to the entire house. You will be the only guests on the property.

This was a beautiful historic home - well kept and comfortable. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and very easy to navigate to area attractions. Enjoyed our stay!

By far the most beautiful property we've visited! So many lovely touches throughout this historic home. Railyard Restaurant was great with the museum very close. Epic egg was great as well for breakfast. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed here for two weeks over Christmas! The house was exceptionally clean and in good order. The beds were comfortable, the water hot and everything worked as it should. Look no further should you be looking for a place to stay while in Cheyenne!

Nice property

Charming house right in downtown area. Very walkable to restaurants and museums. Near large city parks as well. We enjoyed our stay at this nicely decorated property.

Excellent Place to Stay

This is a cool, historic home with all the upgrades for a comfortable stay. Comfortable beds and plenty of room to spread out. Responsive property managers. Furnace went out on the last day of our stay, but they brought in portable heaters to keep it comfortable. Highly recommended.

The house was very clean upon arrival and is well kept. Modern appliances and the entire house has been remodeled and is very nice. The location is convenient to most everything in town. My only real issue with the house is you have to park in the street in front of the house as there is no driveway. Some neighbors had a party down the street and parked in front of the house, so on one night we had to park a few houses away. I'm sure that's not a regular occurrence though. Other than that, we enjoyed the home. I would recommend.

Family Christmas

We had a great stay! Our family went to Cheyenne to spend Christmas with our son, daughter-in-law and grandson. We had a great time. The house was roomy enough to enjoy meals together and play games at the large dining table. The hosts were gracious enough to decorate the house for Christmas for us. There was a tree and other details which made it warm and inviting. We were only 1/2 mile from our kids and enjoyed all of Cheyenne. Thanks for making our stay memorable. We will be back!

Loved this house!

We would recommend this house to everyone and would definitely stay here again! It was very cozy and we loved the antique but modern vibe of the home. The beds were very comfy! This house was also great for my dog. There’s not a lot of space in the front yard and there’s no backyard but we were very active outside of the house plus I only had one medium sized dog so it didn’t affect us. It was a quiet neighborhood which is always a plus when traveling with fur a baby! The hosts were very nice! Definitely recommend!
