Completely remodeled 1 bedroom apartment with view of the lake! Quiet area within walking distance of Fairport Harbor Lakefront Park, and many restaurants and shops in Fairport Harbor. New stainless steel appliances in the fully furnished kitchen. Living room has a queen size pull out couch with memory foam and air adjustment. This room also has comfortable seating, a new smart TV, large power strip with plenty of USB charging areas, and a large window with light filtering shades. The bedroom has a new 14 inch queen memory foam mattress furnished with high quality bedding and pillows. The bedroom has remote controlled ceiling fan, USB touch charging lights at bedside, black out shades, and a new 42 inch smart TV. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with a brand new large shower, large vanity with extra power station and USB charging, an antifog lighted touch mirror, and a blue tooth speaker fan to enjoy music while getting ready. It is furnished with everything we could think of to make your stay comfortable. You will also have access to two parking spots in the paved driveway.

Great location, clean and fully equipped apartment

We stayed at this beautifully renovated apartment for 5 days in July. The a/c unit worked well. The location is a short walk to Fairport Harbor Beach, and a few blocks to the main street. Sarah was prompt in her communication with any issues we had. We had some trouble getting in the unit when we first arrived, but this was resolved within an hour. We hope to stay here again when we visit family, it’s a wonderful place.

cute apartment; with walk ability to center of Fairport Harbor

Nice apartment with off street parking. love the gas range in the kitchen & big sink. downside; Space around the bed was minimal only get in one side of the bed. Getting between the door & vanity (to get in the bathroom) is not comfortable for a larger person or a pregnant person. Hostess is very available

Quick overnight

It was a great night of high school football and hanging around town. The apartment was perfect, just as described. The host was flexible with the check in time and the noon check out was nice. We did have to contact the host and her response was very quick!! I will definitely stay again!!
