Amazing views, all the amenities you can think of, on the best property located at Eagle Beach, the top rated beach in Aruba; huge top floor terrace with private Jacuzzi; living area with TV, BBQ.....Just unique and luxurious. Plenty of space decorated with good taste, you will not want to leave this Penthouse!

Luxurious and private. Huge roof-top terrace for sunbathing and breathtaking sunset view. Lots of space. Just steps from the beach. 4 pools. Fully equipped kitchen. Close to everything, while still perfect for relaxation!

The Space
This property is located on the best beach in Aruba (Eagle Beach). It is large and luxurious. Very comfortable. The roof-top terrace is great for sunbathing and for watching the sunset over the ocean. One of the nicest places in Aruba!
This is a very well taken care of vacation home with a deluxe feel...much different than other vacation rental properties. The furniture is high quality and upscale (mostly West Elm and Pottery Barn).

Guest Access
Guests have access to Eagle Beach, 4 pools, roof-top sun deck, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances. Lots of space for relaxing!

The Neighborhood
The condo is located on a quieter part of Eagle Beach, but is very close to all of the excitement. Easy access to casinos and high rise hotels, a great grocery store just around the corner, and the most beautiful beach in Aruba! The complex is gated and there is 24 hour security on premises.

Getting around
A inexpensive public bus runs right in front of the resort. Taxis are easy to find on the main street right in front of the resort. If guests have a car, there is a designated parking space for the unit (everything is stress free...even the parking!).

I would highly recommend this place as this is easily accessible to the quiet and beautiful Eagle beach. The sunset view is amazing. The property itself has an amazing views. This indeed is very spacious and a safe area for families. The most beautiful part was the rooftop where one can enjoy the most amazing views of sunset, moon, beautiful sky with stars dazzling alongside beach waves….i would definitely recommend this place.

What a wonderful place. We were a party of 10 in Aruba for a wedding. Location was perfect. Very quiet and the beach was never crowded. Cleanliness was outstanding. Everyone was so friendly. Would love to come back and stay again.

Great stay with friends!

Our group of 6 friends had an amazing stay! Perfect location if you want to be at the beach with easy access and amazing views. Also easy to get up to Palm Beach as needed. Would highly recommended groups of friends or families to stay here.

Amazing Place to stay

This property was worth every penny . Our family ranging from 3-92 enjoyed every minute. Location was perfect. Beach and pools were beautiful. Close to activities yet away from Palm Beach crowds. We had a few issues that were addressed right away . Communication was prompt and pleasant.The staff at Oceania was pleasant and helpful. If you are looking to make amazing family memories this is the perfect place .

Fabulous rental on Eagle Beach

Girlfriends and I stayed here for our 40th Anniversary after graduate school! This Penthouse exceeded our expectations! It was so comfortable, well-stocked with essentials and beach gear, and simply beautiful! Great location right across from Eagles Beach, 3 beautiful pools, a quick bus or taxi ride to shops and excellent security! It will comfortably sleep 12 adults if you don’t mind sharing one of the four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Hot tub and star-gazing on the roof was awesome!Beach,

Family trip

Excellent condo for our family trip- with two coming from California and three from Boston- all adults. Plenty of room for all. Great roof top deck where we had a wonderful family dinner. Complex well kept and quieter than the hotels but just a short walk to wonderful dinners and adventures. Would recommend for any large group. Pleasantly surprised how well stocked with everything you’d need for vacation and top cooking utensils. Nicely decorated. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!!

Beautiful Condo. Great time.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed such as beach chairs, coolers, some water toys, beach towels and more. The kitchen was supplied with plenty of cookware, dishes, spices and coffee. They even had some drinks waiting for us in the refrigerator. Plenty of space for our group of seven and what a view! The pools were amazing and our 4 year old really enjoyed them. The pool area was never crowded and we did not have a problem getting chairs. Got up early one day and reserved a palapa at the beach. The beach was beautiful, but the water was a little rough for our 4 year old, so we ended up at Palm Beach and Baby Beach on other days. We had many inquiries and Fabiana was quick to respond to all of them. Highly recommend this property.

The place to stay in Aruba!!

If you're looking for a place to stay in Aruba, stop looking and book. The place has everything a large family or an individual would want and the manager, Jamie was spectacular in providing assistance and clarity in optimum time. All in all, we enjoyed our times in the pool as well as being so close to Eagle beach which was nice as it wasn't too touristy yet very peaceful and clean. I hope to blink and be there again as all was lovely.

Fantastic property. Was perfect for our family of 8

This penthouse was awesome and as advertised. Our two families making up 8 people ranging from age 11 to 53 really enjoyed our trip to Aruba and this property just made our vacation that much better. Very spacious and clean with every amenity a family could want. The third level outside/inside area was a favorite of the adults. What a great place to have a drink or enjoy the hot tub at the end of day of touring. Complete with a grill, refrigerator, television, a full bath and numerous seating areas, this great escape had it all. The pools were fabulous and being right on Eagle Beach was a major plus. Jamie (the owner) was great. She made herself available to us and was quick to respond to any question that we had prior to our trip and while we were staying at her wonderful penthouse on the beach. Our family travels together to many different places and has stayed in many different accommodations and this one was right at the top as one of our favorites if not the favorite. When returning to Aruba I would be certain to stay here again. Thanks for everything. Chuck

Fabulous stay - Highly recommend this property

- Easy check-in - Convenient parking - Host incredibly responsive and accommodating (We requested an additional beach chair, which was delivered promptly. AC unit had issues one day, and it was serviced almost immediately. The crew came back the next day to make sure it was working properly.) - Tons of space (room was even nicer than the photos) - Beautifully decorated (some reviews noted signs of wear, but the paint/furniture knicks and such that we saw were minor and are normal for a rental unit) - Gorgeous views - Short walk to beach - Awesome beach (plenty of space to play Spikeball and other beach/water games) - Free palapas (Note: When I went to place chairs to save a palapa at 6:00 AM, I was the first one there. When I went at 7:00, they were 3/4 gone.) - 7-15 minute walks to multiple lunch options right on the beach - Nice pools that weren’t crowded (one was unavailable several days due to tile work, but not a big deal) - Pickleball and tennis courts - Two nice grocery stores and several restaurants within a 5-minute drive. Palm Beach and Oranjestad 10 minutes or less. - Construction of a new building occurring next door, so there was a bit of work noise during the day on weekdays I can’t say enough good things about this property. This was our first time on Aruba, and we would stay here all over again!

Highly Recommend

This place was fabulous! Stay here and you will not be disappointed. The condo has beautiful unobstructed views of the beach and Caribbean Sea. Sunsets are spectacular from either inside the condo, the balcony off the living room or the rooftop patio. There were 5 of us celebrating my 60th birthday. We all had plenty of space. Each bedroom, except the bedroom on the main floor, has an ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has a beautiful view and extremely spacious bathroom. The condo has everything including: several coolers, beach bags, beach chairs, beach towels, and essentials for the kitchen (olive oil, cling wrap, seasonings, etc.). The owner / manager (Fabiola) was fantastic, responsive, and even stocked the refrigerator with a couple cans of a local arubian drink. The beach is a quick walk (5 minutes at most) past the 3 pools (which are fantastic), out the gate, and across a small street. The location of the building is in the quieter end of eagle beach which meant less crowds on the beach but plenty of great restaurants for lunch and dinner within a very short walk. If you are going to Aruba, you should definitely stay here. I'd also recommend you make reservations for dinner (even the off season was booked) and also order essential groceries ahead of your trip. The grocery store is within walking distance but we had our Taxi stop on way from airport to condo. It was easy, quick, and allowed us to start enjoying our vacation as soon as we arrived!

Fabiana was a very responsive host, and the penthouse was very spacious for our group of 5. It’s also helpful to have underground parking in the building. The property is located on a very nice and quieter stretch of Eagle Beach. Good stay!

Highly recommend this spacious and fully equipted unit. Quiet area with easy access to the beach. Great pool area and not ever crowded during our stay. The owner was always quick to respond to our numerous questions before and during our trip. Our family of 10, ages 70 to 10, absolutely loved this place!

Beautiful!

We loved our stay at this beautiful property. The host was very responsive to any question we had, the unit was very clean, the location is perfect, and there are a number of amenities on property (gym, sauna, multiple pools). The apartment itself has stunning views of Eagle Beach and the rooftop was our favorite place to watch the sunset. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Aruba!

Really thought of everything!

It was great to have everything you needed at this VRBO versus trying to struggle along while you're on vacation. She really thought of her guests and what they would need while they were away and what they would need. The owner was also so responsive to any questions prior to going on our trip which wonderful. Overall, it was a great stay!

Great vacation

This property was amazing! Plenty of room for two adults and three teenagers - with some to spare! Great views from the balcony and rooftop; perfect place to watch the sunset. The property was close to everything, and the communication from the owners was timely and helpful.

We loved it all, the home, area, sunsets & beach ! Fabiana was always helpful with any questions and answered quickly. We loved we were able to order groceries prior to coming and have them delivered when we arrived so we didn’t have to! Would definitely recommend!
