We chose Imperial Point in Fort Lauderdale because it truly offers the best of both worlds—a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood that’s still incredibly close to all the action South Florida has to offer. As locals, we know how important it is to have a quiet place to unwind at the end of the day, but also to be just minutes away from the beach, great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.
This area is known for being safe, walkable, and filled with beautiful tree-lined streets. We love how well-kept and welcoming the neighborhood feels—it’s a place where you can take a morning jog, or just enjoy your coffee on the patio without any noise or crowds.
At the same time, you’re only 2 miles from Lauderdale-by-the-Sea and its charming beach, pier, and laid-back dining scene. DRV PNK Stadium and major highways are just a short drive away, making it super convenient for guests flying in, going to games, or exploring other parts of South Florida.
We specifically chose this location because it’s ideal for families, couples, and small groups looking for a mix of relaxation and adventure. It gives our guests the space and calm they need while still keeping them close to everything they came to experience. It’s truly the perfect spot for a vacation that feels both special and easy.
