Drömmer du om en privat villa vid havet? Detta två våningar, duplex radhus erbjuder spektakulär fri utsikt över havet från Lanai, köket, matsal / vardagsrummet, övervåningen på badrummet och bildfönstret i sovrummet. Antagligen det bästa läget i komplexet! Koppla av på gräsmattan, skuggad av palmer. Njut av underbara solnedgångar från din privata Lanai och låt dig sova av ljudet av vågor. Hemmet är vackert uppdaterat (fullständig renovering 2019) och möblerat i ett tropiskt motiv. Vardagsrumsmöbler inkluderar en soffa-en-säng, fullt utrustade vita köksskåp med granitbänk och nya apparater, inklusive tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Nya sängar och sängkläder i båda sovrummen.

Keauhou-Kona Surf and Racquet Club är en gated community belägen intill Kona Country Club golfbana i söder och ligger inom gångavstånd från Keauhou Shopping Center och Kahaluu Beach Park i norr för fantastisk snorkling.

Enjoyed our stay!

Very nice. Enjoyed being on the water. Very well equipped, probably the best we have experienced. While it was on the upper end of our price range, the overall value was good.

Great view and amenities

The condo had a beautiful ocean view. We really appreciated all the special touches such as yoga mats, weights, snorkels, beach chairs, tennis rackets and more. Compared to other rentals they had full size shampoo and soap and Saran and baggies. Very nice touches.

Great stay in superb location

The property is situated in a premier location on the water in a quiet, gated community. The Tennis, Pickle ball and ping pong facilities were great. The pool, just across the drive from the unit was well maintained and great. We used the BBQ units in the property frequently and sat on the lounge chairs overlooking the Pacific Ocean while eating or just decompressing. Very good choice for a relaxing stay.

Amazing Vacation Spot

We had such an amazing vacation staying here. The location was absolutely perfect for us. We loved sitting out on the lanai and enjoying the spectacular view. The house was well stocked and worked out perfectly for our family. We also loved using the pool and playing pickleball.

Supreme location with easy access to amenities

The location is hard to beat as the private Lanai is overlooking the shoreline, with waves splashing against the rocks and a stunning sunset every evening. The community also provides easy access to beach, pool and tennis courts. The unit features a modern, beachy design, with all the amenities to make the stay easy and effortless. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating of the special requests that we had. All in all, a great experience!

The property is perfectly located in a stunning water front community. It is a safe and quiet community but close enough to anything you want to have access to. The place is beautiful and cozy and well renovated! We LOVED being waterfront and got so used to listening to the waves rolling in. Absolutely perfect for sunsets. The house has everything you could possibly need and more. If we return to Kona, we will stay here again. Thanks for opening your special home to us!

Beautiful Rocky Coast

This house is a place of peace. From the moment you walk into the spotless, totally updated vacation stay you feel as comfortable as home. We didn’t want to leave but when we did, downtown Kona was only a 12 minute drive away. The grocery store is a 3 minute drive in the opposite direction. The house was very well stocked. Including toilet paper and hand soap. My favorite part was sitting on the lounge chairs taking in the ocean front. Just can’t beat that view. Pretty grateful to have the opportunity to stay here. We won’t soon forget this place. Thank you. It was perfect for us.

Just what we needed!

This home was situated perfectly for our family vacation. Sleeping to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from the lanai each night made it so relaxing. The home is well kept, well stocked, nicely decorated, and has everything you need. The complex is quiet and welcoming.

Wonderful ocean view condo!

We had to change our plans from Maui to Kona and were lucky to find this great two story condo with an amazing ocean view. We loved having coffee every morning seeing the canoes and kayaks go by and watching the sun set at night from the back patio! Unobstructed ocean view! Communication with the owners was nice and easy and the condo was well stocked with anything we needed, including beach chairs and snorkel gear. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Beautiful Sunset

For our first trip the to Big Island, we had an amazing and relaxing time. Thank you to Jenny, Peter and John for sharing your piece of paradise with us. Location was great, right on the waters, short walk to the beach, 15 minutes for the downtown area and amazing sunsets every day. Only annoyance were the ants that kept visiting, but nothing we couldn't deal with. We would definitely stay again.

Wow - This is how Hawaii is supposed to be enjoyed.

The location of this property is absolutely stunning. The complex is clean, and well laid out, and just a short drive to everything you want to do/see/visit. The location of the unit is about 15 steps from the water's edge. There is a lava rock seawall that gives the gentle waves something to crash against, providing the absolute best music to sleep to. The lanai is private, clean, and visited by birds daily. You have an amazing view to the sea from both the lanai and the master bedroom upstairs which overlooks it. Beware, however, the sunsets from this lanai are very addictive, and will cause you to care about nothing else. The pool and grounds of the complex are very well kept, and the people we spoke to (including a close neighbor bigislandguide.com/clint-sloan-galleries) are such lovely people. All in all, this was a 10/10 experience. Can't wait to come back - will definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous location with very responsive hosts! Within walking distance of the best snorkeling on Big Island. Short drive to great local shops and restaurants ( don’t miss Scandinavian shave ice!) All the beach gear you could possibly need is already at your unit! Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was so relaxing. No one wanted to leave! We are absolutely planning a return visit next year! Mahalo!

Excellent Waterfront Townhome

We feel so fortunate to have found this wonderful townhome for a relatively last-minute trip to Hawaii Island. We have never been to the Big Island so everything was new to us and we could not have had a better stay for our first visit. Everything about this home was perfect for us - from the complete remodel, cleanliness and well-stocked kitchen and supplies to the waterfront lanai, grass lawn, beautiful sunsets and out-the-door parking spot! It’s also located in a gated complex further south from the bustle of Kona and other complexes along Ali’i Drive. And communication with owners Jenny, Pete and John was excellent. They were so nice and quickly answered any questions we had. Thank you so much for sharing your sweet home with us and for making our trip a great one! We hope to return again!

Perfect seaside residence.

My wife and I cherished the week we spent in the unit, could not have asked for more. The location was ideal, sunsets amazing, great neighbors, and updated / clean everything! When we return there is no doubt we will stay here!!!

Wonderful

Lucky to have been the second guests at this property after some heavy renovations following a big storm Summer ‘22. Very well appointed townhome with supplies for all your needs. Best location in the property grounds on the water; lanai was oft used morning hours and at sunset. Beds on the firmer side (personal preference) but comfortable. Quiet and peaceful. Short walk to nearby (non swimming) beach and tidepooling which was lovely. Grocery store and a few casual restaurants a very short drive. Great choice overall.

Dramatic, lava lined oceanfront...

Everything was great! All is sparkling new with the remodel. Upgraded appliances, lovely furniture. The smooth windows and patio door. It is amazing how well "stocked" they had everything! Large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both showers. Hand soap at every sink. Well stocked for towels, beach towels, bed linens, Dishwasher, and laundry soap, etc. Even a funnel in the kitchen we used a lot for putting water in water bottles from the large bottles at the store! Of course, the lanai with ample chairs for guests, was a wonder to just sit, eat, have coffee, and enjoy the fabulous sunsets.... listening to the waves crashing. One hint: the old lockbox is not where you are looking for keys, they have put in a great new door handle/lock with a keypad for entry and locking. Works like a charm! The owner's response when needed was prompt and helpful. So grateful for a much-needed island getaway! So many Mahalos!

Our family has owned this beautiful home since the 1980's. All of our married children spent fabulous honeymoons in #188. We very much enjoy escaping there to continue the memories and relax in its beauty and comfort. The property is managed by the owners who frequently visit to ensure it feels like home.

Varför värden valde detta boende

The weather and beauty of the Kona Coast on the Big Island with all its diversity on ocean and land is spectacular. #188 in the Surf and Raquet Club is best located, and the amenities of the Club outstanding. The pool and tennis courts are only 100 feet away. Small private black sand beach is about 400 feet away. The popular snorkeling spot at Kahalu'u Beach Park is an 8 minute walk.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We enjoy the ocean right in front of #188. I enjoy seeing, hearing, smelling, and feeling it. I love the whales, canoes, and sunsets. I take the short walk to excellent snorkeling to see colorful tropical fish and sea turtles. I also walk to the nearby shopping center and movie theater and from there have taken the trolley, or biked, to Kailua. One of my favorite walks is to the bay with kayaking and charter boat scuba, snorkeling, and fishing adventures and circling back to the Surf and Racquet Club to relax by the pool.
