This was a great stay. No issues at all. I prefer a house but if you cannot get one or like the feel of a hotel or condo this is great. Super clean. Affordable and great staff.

This isn’t a lavish rental. In order to stay cool, the AC blows in your face all night. The tub has something in that looks like it may be mold. It’s a bed and a bathroom with a view. The onsite amenities are great.

Short description, they put lip stick on a pig. That sums it up. Room wasn’t really clean, check in was easy, view and location was the highlight. The bed was worn out and the ice machine never got fixed, despite telling the front desk the 2nd day we were there. This isn’t a luxury apartment by any means!!

We’re sorry, however, that the cleanliness, condition of the bed, and ice machine did not meet expectations. These concerns should have been addressed promptly, especially after being reported to the front desk. Your comments are appreciated and will be shared with the appropriate team as we continue working to improve the guest experience.

Anniversary

Everything was perfect! The property is located directly on the beach. We woke each morning to a lovely view. Staff were friendly and polite. The onsite restaurant was good, especially the Grouper sandwich. The facility was clean, bed was comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. We will be back!

Location Outstanding, Accommodations Average

i was lead to believe there were cooking facilities, it is a microwave which most hotel rooms have anyway. The room was standard. The location and view were outstanding, can't be beat! The room and bath were also very clean. Could have used a box of Tissues though.

GREAT property and location, but room not clean

I booked this property for its proximity to the beach, a balcony with a view, and gorgeous sunrises. On those points it 100% delivered beyond my expectations, so much so I'd almost give it 5 stars and overlook the rest. That said, Litchfield is having a "pardon our dust" moment as they renovate, and while I expect some signs of that while they repaint, repair, etc... in the public areas, the room itself was not clean and had a layer of fine construction dust (?) over everything. It was like the room was dusted and swept but not mopped or sprayed. Our feet bottoms turned black, the window/door had unsightly dusty smudges and handprints, and furniture equally unclean. Also, the coffee bar setup is weird - not enough outlets to make coffee without cord swapping with microwave or fridge - and what's with the bucket of cooking utensils when there's no kitchen? In room phone also not working. Wifi was excellent. This place is really close to 5-star... just clean it up!
