Perfect for us

Clean and well decorated. Welcoming and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. PJ was great with responding to any texts we sent. Note there is no outdoor seating area or yard. This is in a complex of townhomes. Parking was directly by back entry door easy to get in and out. Great location in Champaign.

Mostly good except for the 4-day infestation of male ants

There were many male ants infesting the first floor (ants with wings). I vacumned them up twice and left the remaining. Please bring in Orkin.

This met our needs

We needed a property that allowed pets for our stay, while a member of our family was in the hospital at Carle. It was a comfortable unit, and the interior was clean. Building was quiet. However there were a couple of basic maintenance issues: garbage disposal & one side of sink not working, bifold door off its hinge. They offered to send someone over to fix them, but we didn’t want to have to coordinate that along with our dogs being there & us being at the hospital. Nothing was a deal-breaker, but whoever says the unit is ready for the next booking isnt as on top of things as they should be. Maybe they are new to VRBO. The townhome complex plus the one next door had overflowing dumpsters-- not a great look.

Convenient Location

Very nice on the inside, but property outside dirty. Garbage and trash throughout the lawn and parking lot and surrounding area. Not safe for walking your dog because of the broken glass.
