My family really enjoyed staying here will I stay here again most definitely it looks just like the picture, it very spacious.The beds where comfortable the balcony was a PLUS watching the sunset was the highlight of our stay, everyone enjoyed it I can just how beautiful it's is to watch in the summer. The owner was very quick to respond.

Overall experience was good. The kitchen and living areas were large. 2 tables accommodated our large party for eating. The kitchen was poorly stocked with utensils and pots and pans for its size. Laundry room was large with a full size washer and dryer. Full bath with shower (no tub) and half bath accessible from main hall. “Master” bedroom with tub and larger stand in shower was nice due to having a separate second sink vanity outside of the bathing area. Lots of drawer storage and hanging space if you bring your own hangers. The upstairs beds (2 twins and twin over full bunk) are open to the master bedroom and kitchen/living room area. This causes these bedrooms to be very noisy if you have early risers and then later sleepers. Only 2 of the bedrooms are truly closed in for privacy. 2 of the air conditioning units did not work for the first 3 days of our trip. Maintenance did come to work on them and let us know it has been a known issue. Eventually by day 3 they were working for the rest of the trip. Location is great on the boardwalk. The beach is very wide there. There is no clean water rinse outside of the building to rinse off before coming in. There are 4 stairs before the elevator which would be an issue if someone needed accessibility. We would stay here again knowing what adjustments we need to make.

Convenient location

This property was very convenient for everything the various family members wanted to do from enjoying the beach, boardwalk foods, shopping, amusement rides, etc. Loved being able to look out the windows at the ocean and people watch all at the same time! Also, great communication and responsiveness during the week when anything popped up.

Property was in the perfect location. Owners made everything very easy. My only complaint was it listed it as 3 showers, but there was only 2. Wasnt a big deal. 10/10 would stay again and plan to !

Bachelorette Trip

We had nine adults who slept comfortably. Lots of storage, table space, and couches/chairs. Alot of it is open to hearing other rooms so if you are looking for super private you might not get that but for family, friends, and people who want to be around each other it will not bother you (stick the snorers in the two double bed room). Excellent communication with property manager very quick responses with questions leading up to stay and during. Even had the onsite manager(cant remember title but she was super nice) immediately come out to check to on something we reported just in case but it really was not a problem for us. No place is perfect, this one has a couple maintenance things but nothing that affected our happiness/quality with the trip. Seriously great location, walking distance to everything you would need (walmart is a short drive across the bridge if u need something specific that cant be found at convenience stores) and you are given two parking spots (directly behind building) which is helpful and there is on street parking a few blocks down each way from rental for more cars. The listing is upfront and honest about what they include which is super helpful. Beautiful view from balcony and especially fun if you like to people watch. Probably one of the best and easiest rentals we have ever done.

Golf Weekend

Long golf weekend, plenty of space for each of the guys to have their own room and relax after being on the course all day. Can't beat the location to everything on the boardwalk.

Great Location!

Right on the boardwalk! Ocean views from living room and balcony. Host communicated very up to and during our entire visit. Definitely would recommend.

Oceanfront villa

I stayed with a group of friends for 3 nights at the Oceanfront Villa. Communication with the property manager was excellent, any questions or needs were answered very quickly and clearly. The living space had plenty of room for all of our needs and the location was unbeatable. The rooms were well kept and clean. Would recommend staying.

Family fun

Great location just steps to the heart of the boardwalk and beach. Plenty of room for the adults and kids. Would stay again.
