This 5-bedroom home, 3.5 bath lakefront home is located in the beautiful Hopkins Point neighborhood on Tims Ford Lake and comfortably sleeps 11 guests in beds. Three porches and two living rooms allow plenty of space for gathering in groups for food and fun or for finding a spot to relax in silence. A concrete walkway provides easy access to the private dock with boat slip so that you may easily head out on the lake for a day sun and fun.
This home is conveniently located near Tims Ford Marina, Holiday Marina and Twin Creeks Marina and their respective restaurants-- Hard Dock Cafe, Blue Gill Grill, and Drafts and Watercrafts.
Other nearby attractions include the Jack Daniels Distillery, The University of the South, The Bear Trace Golf Course (designed by Jack Nicklaus), the Winchester square with shopping and dining options, and numerous hiking trails.

Great location

We loved our stay at the house! Great view, loved the dock, & great central location to multiple marinas. The screened in porch was lovely to watch the rain. Upstairs was a little warm but overall the house was spacious.

Moving in area

The house is perfect for families the host is very responsive to issues/question, house has a picturesque view off of both porches upper and lower to the lake,the fishing is phenominal in the lake off the dock if you want to venture out there is a boat rental down the roaf

Family Fun

Well it was winter but the location was perfect for what we wanted. A great, comfortable place for the family to get together for the first time in years. Do wish the dinner table was a bit larger to support the number of guests that the house can accommodate.

Nice house, but smaller than expected

House was nice, much smaller than expected. Ice maker, water filter and tv would not work. Upstair tv doesn’t have streaming capabilities or cable- vhs and dvd player only. Upstairs bathroom shower is tiny!! I would not recommend for a larger family stay. Owner was easy to contact and fixed TV on thanksgiving day. Very kind.

Couldn't be nicer!

John was an amazing host. First of all, the rooms were great, plenty of room for the whole family of 8 and also my parents to spread out and sleep comfortably, have private spaces, etc. Lake was beautiful, kitchen well stocked. It unfortunately rained every day we were there, so we didn't get to enjoy the outside as much, but found plenty to do in Chattanooga and Huntsville. What I really appreciated was how understanding and welcoming John was as a host. We had a few changes to who was coming and our dates leading up to the trip, and he never made me feel like I was being annoying, even though I absolutely felt like I was😂. If we're in the area again, I'd definitely stay at Johns place again!

Wonderful Stay

What a lovely home. Was just as described on listing. Host was very accommodating. We enjoyed spending family time and loved the serene scenic views along with outdoor living spaces. Very relaxing. Would definitely stay there again. Also loved the neighborhoods’

All 5’s! Great location on lake! Well kept! Good Quality!

We have stayed in many houses on Tim’s Ford Lake. Some great and some just ok. This is one of the great ones. Owners have taken time to think of all the details. House has been kept up Ann’s in very good condition. House is located on one of the best coves. All houses around it are great too! Owner was very responsive and accommodating.

Great Lake house!

We had a wonderful time- the kitchen was stocked with cooking things, towels, everything we needed!!! I would most definitely recommend this house. The water at dock is deep. Thank you!

Lake life

The house was very comfortable. We only had 5 people, but we could have easily brought a few friends. The neighborhood was quiet- we enjoyed walking our dogs and going for runs. The porches were lovely for playing cards and chess. A quick ride into town for restaurants and to the dock for boat rental. John was very responsive. We highly recommend.
