New listing at Baypoint Condo - Beautiful lake front views, 2 pools, boat slip, kid's playground, work out room, and very close to Red Head's, Margaritaville, Shorty Pants, and the Oaks Golf Course; it's the perfect location to many of the lake hotspots by boat and car!

Our 2 level condo provides the space you need to relax and/or socialize with family and friends. 1 Kingsize BR and 1 full BA on the main floor. 2 Kingsize BR and 2 Full BA on the lower level. For extra sleeping space, the leather sofa pulls out to a Queensize bed. All of the bedrooms have plenty of space and hangers provided. Two decks - one on the main floor and one on the lower level.

The main level is fully remodeled with your lake house vibe, new floors, counter tops and appliances. There is a fully stocked laundry room on the main level. There is ample space for parking your vehicles, as well as a space to park your trailer. Enjoy the ceiling to floor windows, or the two decks for amazing views. Wifi is available. There are kid games, cards and some adult games for your pleasure.

The kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked with necessities. Bath towels, clean linens, a cooler and swimming pool noodles are provided. No need to walk upstairs; a mini-fridge and Keurig coffee pot are supplied on the lower deck to enjoy your favorite drink.

The boat lift can store a V shaped boat up to 26 feet. No swimming off the docks. Fishing is allowed off the docks.

To note: gas grills have been outlawed on the decks of condos, thus, no grill is supplied for use.

Be watchful of Deer on the road into the Baypoint Condo complex - many deer roam freely in the area.

Laurie’s place was fantastic! Best stocked condo we have seen! Great location at the lake and close to many restaurants, shopping and attractions. Love Bay Point Village in Osage Beach! Best pools and good fishing, especially bass and crappie. We will be back for sure!

This lovely condo served as home base for an enjoyable friend’s getaways. The condo was well maintained, clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were comfortable. We especially liked the main-level screen porch to watch boats, eat a meal or enjoy an evening cocktail. Bay Pointe Village has a great pool and sun deck area, and the overall property was exceptionally well maintained. If you have a boat, believe me you are in luck, because BPV has a fantastic breakwater system to protect their docks!!!! Property manager was great to work with: attentive and quick to respond. I highly recommend this condo rental.

Very nice property. Great views of the lake, wonderful amenities and beds were good. Great location for getting around to the area attractions and restaurants. We stayed over the 4th of July weekend and the fireworks were spectacular! Owners were great with communication and making your stay comfortable. We are looking forward to our next stay!

So wonderful

The property was just as described. We had more than enough room for our family of four and my parents. We stayed at the townhouse for my older son’s baseball tournament and we were the envy of the rest of the team. Lorrie was super responsive before we arrived and the unit had everything we needed and even stuff we didn’t know we would need. The unit was so comfortable and close to the swimming pool.

We are from Des Moines, IA and have been coming to the lake for 20 years. We love being on the water boating, swimming, and enjoying time with family and friends.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Our condo is easy to access - all good-paved roads right up to the condo parking lot. We love our location - close to the Oaks Golf Course, Margaritaville, Red Heads and Shorty pants. We have friends and family with properties nearby. Beware of Deer; they roam freely on the drive in, and arround the condos at night. Our condo is spacious and is a beautiful-peaceful retreat.
