- The property requires a damage deposit of USD 150/night/unit on the credit/debit card provided. The deposit is required for EACH UNIT and is refunded IN FULL upon check-out.

- Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival.

Our family-friendly property provides the following on-site amenities:
- Front desk (until 7pm) and Security;

PLEASE NOTE:
Starting April 21st, this resort will be cashless. All payments must be made by card or digital methods.

We do have dockage available for a fee at Bayside Villas. We allow boats up to 23 feet in length. We do not allow jet skis as the dockage is elevated. Trailer parking is available at the Islander Resort, as we only have sufficient parking for guest vehicles at Bayside Villas. All guests interested in booking dock space during their stay have to call the hotel directly to reserve their dock space.
