Our spacious living room with panoramic windows invites you to enjoy comfort with your loved ones. A wide-angle TV-set with a lot of channels, a comfortable sofa, and a dining area create the perfect space for pleasant gatherings. The room is adorned with indoor plants for an extra touch of charm.
Refresh in the main bedroom, where a stunning view of the Ferris wheel awaits. Here, you'll find a spacious king-size bed, a wardrobe, a dresser, and bedside tables. The bright bathroom across the hall adds an atmosphere of luxury and comfort.
The small and inviting guest bedroom with a balcony beckons for relaxation. It features two single beds, a vanity table, and a spacious wardrobe. A bathroom is conveniently located adjacent to the bedroom.
The kitchen, with a separate entrance to the lobby, is equipped with everything you need for your comfort: a modern refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, as well as a complete set of dishes and utensils.
Additionally, the apartment includes a utility room with a washer and dryer, as well as a guest toilet at the entrance. We aim to make your stay with us as comfortable and enjoyable as possible!

The house is located directly in the JBR area, just 2 minutes away from the famous beach. JBR is one of the attractions of Dubai, perhaps the best place to relax in the city. Here, everything you need for leisure is available: beaches, cafes, restaurants, and water and air entertainment. Additionally, if you want to visit other places in Dubai, both the metro station and tram station are within walking distance.
