Nestled within the breathtaking Mont-Tremblant Resort, our cozy retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your ski getaway. Step out the door and onto the slopes for the ultimate ski-in, ski-out experience at Versant Soleil, and steps aways from le Casino Mont Tremblant.

*There is currently an Air Conditioning outage in the complex. Due to this, this unit does not have air conditioning for the time being*

This welcoming chalet features a master bedroom with a luxurious king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and tub for a restful night's sleep after a day on the slopes. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds and en-suite bathroom with shower, providing ample space for family or friends to relax in style.

After a day of ski adventures, relax in the spacious living area, complete with a warming gas fireplace and panoramic views of the snow-capped mountains. The fully equipped kitchen invites culinary enthusiasts to prepare delicious meals, while the dining area is the perfect place to enjoy them together.

Enjoy the beauty of Mont-Tremblant from your private balcony, where you can take in breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape or simply bask in the tranquillity of the alpine setting.

Take advantage of the convenience of ski-in, ski-out access, allowing you to effortlessly hit the slopes and explore all that this world-renowned resort has to offer.

Ski-In Ski-out from the versant Soleil : In winter, the area is served by a ski lift to the top of the mountain, while at certain times of the year, the Casino Express gondola provides direct access to the pedestrian village.

The free shuttle can take you directly to the pedestrian village and the ski station all year long.

There are 2 EDM EV charging stations located in the complex. The terminals can be used by all guests. To do this you must open an account with the Eddie application. You can use the QR code on the terminals for direct access to Eddie instructions.

*Il y a prĂ©sentement une panne de climatisation dans le complexe. En raison de cela, cette unitĂ© n’a pas de climatisation pour le moment.*

Le chalet dispose d'une chambre principale avec un lit King et une salle de bains en-suite avec douche et baignoire pour une nuit de sommeil réparatrice aprÚs une journée sur les pistes. La deuxiÚme chambre dispose de deux lits Queen et d'une salle de bains individuelle avec douche.

AprÚs une journée de ski, détendez-vous dans le salon spacieux, avec une cheminée au gaz et une vue panoramique sur les montagnes. La cuisine entiÚrement équipée invite les amateurs de cuisine à préparer de délicieux repas, tandis que la salle à manger est l'endroit idéal pour les savourer ensemble.

Profitez de la beautĂ© de Mont-Tremblant depuis votre balcon privĂ©, d'oĂč vous pourrez admirer des vues Ă  couper le souffle sur le rĂ©seau de ski du Versant Soleil ou simplement vous dĂ©tendre dans la tranquillitĂ© du milieu alpin.

Ski-In Ski-out depuis le versant Soleil : En hiver, la zone est accessible par une télécabine jusqu'au sommet de la montagne, tandis qu'à certaines périodes de l'année, la télécabine Casino Express permet d'accéder directement au village piétonnier.

La navette gratuite peut vous emmener directement au village piétonnier et à la station de ski tout au long de l'année.

Il y a 2 bornes de recharge EDM EV situĂ©es dans le complexe. Les terminaux peuvent ĂȘtre utilisĂ©s par tous les clients. Pour ce faire, vous devez ouvrir un compte avec l'application Eddie. Vous pouvez utiliser le code QR sur les bornes pour accĂ©der directement aux instructions d'Eddie.

1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.

2) The person booking the property must be 25 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.

4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.

5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.

6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.

7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.

8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.

9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the OPP or the Town’s Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.

10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.

11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.

12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.

13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.

14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.

15) The Renter hereby agrees to not emanate ANY noise that will disturb any neighboring people or property, at any time. The renter is accountable for any fines or levies placed on The Management Company or other, during stay, caused by excessive noise or any other prohibited act.

16) The Renter has read, acknowledged, and will abide by the below By-laws. The penalty for contravening any provision in this by-law is 650 CAD and will result in the loss of the renter’s damage deposit in its entirety. This is in addition to bearing responsibility for payment in full of any fines issued.

Awesome location. Great appartment. Wpild definitely stay again. Parking spot underground is very tight.

Perfect location to lifts. Beautiful condo

Loved this condo, not just for the proximity to the ski lifts but it was very clean, well appointed and the management group was very helpful. Gondola to the village was only about 30 ft from unit, Soleil lift was about 100 feet away and Casino was walking distance. Kitchen was well appointed, we ate in 3 nights out of 4. Beds were extremely comfortable and the whole unit very clean.Parking garage spaces are a little challenging, actually scraped the side of my car so we opted to park in lot.Overall a 5 out of 5! Will definitely be back.

Great place with a great view and convenient ski in and out

Great place to stay, nice and clean, check in process was easy and we were happy that the one ski lift was operating right outside. Only issue was that the pull out couch we planned to use didn’t have any sheets and when we let them know they said they had no staff available to help us. We had already told them about our late check in so that was frustrating as we really needed the sheets! Also, the hot tub was operating but was not very hot and closes quite early at 8pm. We did enjoy our stay though and would go back.

Great condo but REALLY not a ski in ski out!!

We were there for a 3 nights stay with our kids for a ski vacation. Number one criteria was ski in ski out
. Condo it self was great, but on two morning we had to use our car to access the slopes. Chairlift was close 2 morning
. Too cold or too much snow. May I remember you that this is swinguer ski trip
