Set on a rare half-acre lot, the property features a heated saltwater pool with spa, new travertine pool deck, and a brand-new tiki hut built by local artisans. Under the tiki, you’ll find a solid wood bar, outdoor dining table, full outdoor kitchen with high-end grill and refrigerator, plus two ceiling fans for comfort. The tiki structure naturally stays cooler, offering shade and breezes all day. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets and the fully fenced backyard — perfect for pets, with a separate enclosed area for added convenience.

Inside, the open living and dining area offers high-speed Wi-Fi, a 75" Smart TV, Italian Natuzzi leather sofas, a gray marble coffee table, mango wood buffet, and real artwork.
