Loveland - Near 275 - Dog Friendly - Quiet Neighborhood

Welcome to Luckly in Loveland - your home away from home in Loveland, Ohio! Our home is located in a residential neighborhood on a quiet cul de sac. The back patio is a great place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.

The space:
- Bedroom 1 with queen bed and Smart TV
- Bedroom 2 with queen bed
- Bedroom 3 has a twin bed with twin trundle bed (great for kids!) and a desk for working
- Fast wifi
- Outdoor seating
- Well-stocked kitchen ready for meal preparation
- Coffee and tea station
- Booster chair/highchair
- All linens are provided
- Hair dryer
- Iron and ironing board
- Smart TV in the living room
- Electric fireplace in living room
- Keypad entry and self check-in
- A generous starter pack of the following items is provided: laundry detergent, fabric sheets, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, coffee and teas.

The location:
- Less than 2 miles off of 275. Kroger grocery store is a half mile away.
- DVD Brewery is only 0.5 miles away - their Red Ale is my favorite!
- You're only 1.5 miles away from historic downtown Loveland and all that it has to offer - delicious restaurants, adorable boutiques, book store, coffee shops, brewery and taprooms, and of course, the Loveland Bike Trail! Bike, canoe, walk, and enjoy the beautiful parks our city has to offer.
- Kings Island is about 8 miles away.
- Downtown Cincinnati is about 18 miles away.

No smoking or vaping inside the home. No parties. Any cigarette or marijuana smoke smell detected in the house upon checkout will result in a $500 fee.

Pet rules and conditions:
- No more than 2 dogs under 50 lbs each
- Dogs must be listed on the reservation request
- Pet fee of $50 per stay
- Pets must be leashed on property (our backyard is only partially fenced)
- Pick up and dispose of pet waste in the outdoor trash cans. Failure to pick up pet waste will result in a $150 fee.
- Don’t leave animals unsupervised
- Pets must be housebroken
- Pets must be crated if left unattended indoors
- Excessive pet hair or cleaning required may result in an additional cleaning fee
- Dogs are not to be left outside unattended
- Excessive barking outdoors is not permitted - we are a quiet residential neighborhood and want to respect our neighbors

A few notes:
Please note that there are two areas of the home not accessible to guests, as they are used for personal storage: the garage and the Bedroom 3 closet.
