Great house and included amenities but terrible check in process
This is a great property, very clean and spacious and with a great pool. The water park resort that is walking distance is very nice with lots of activities included. The kitchen could be stocked a little better but the game room and beautiful themed rooms make up for it.The property manager does need to improve the check in process. It was very long and complex bc the names werenât provided to the front security post on time so our friends could not enter the complex for over an hour. Communication with the host is very slow and unless I called the number provided by VRBO (not available in the listing) they wouldnât respond on a timely basis. Eventually the problem was resolved and they were nice about it. However, the WiFi was not working when we entered the property and we had to reset it. The AC upstairs also was not working so a handyman had to be called to fix it. The handyman was very nice and eventually fixed it, even late at night, until it worked. We ended up having to go to bed past midnight after arriving very tired but all the problems were solved. I would stay here again but recommend the thermostat be moved outside of the HVAC closet where the hot water tank wouldnât keep it warm, and improve the check in process with security.
